We recently switched management companies to Legacy and so far I have been very pleased with them. They are keeping up with our documents, helping to get some of our "to-do" list accomplished, and provide us with a general level of respect that our former company did not have. They are prompt when we reach out with questions and they are quick about trying to get any problems resolved.

I had a great experience working with Legacy Property Management of Silicon Valley They were very professional, friendly, and always quick to respond to my questions. They helped me find a house that I really liked and guided me through the whole rental process smoothly. Everything—from viewing the property to signing the lease—was easy and stress-free thanks to their help.

I'm a tenant. When I started renting the current house, their service was not the best, but they improved it substantially. Whenever I had problems such as AC didn't work, the boiler stopped working, and reached out to them, they were very responsive and fixed the problems quickly. I'm a happy customer at this point.

Living at 452 South Bernardo Ave, Sunnyvale, is an exceptional experience. The living room, with its expansive windows overlooking the vibrant neighborhoods, creates a welcoming atmosphere. The spacious kitchen, updated with sleek granite countertops and professional-grade appliances, is ideal for entertaining. The neighborhood is incredibly convenient, being within walking distance of the local farmers market and downtown, both Sunnyvale and Castro. The community feel and friendly neighbors make it a cherished home.
