I lease a home in Escondido managed by BridgeHaus Property Managers. We recently had a slab leak and flood. The Maintenance team was very attentive to our needs and getting a crew of professionals to our home to mitigate the damage. I appreciate their professionalism.

I transferred my property to BridgeHaus PM in Feb 2026 after experiencing communication issues with a prior service. I couldn't be happier with the communication I've had with BridgeHaus over the last few months through listing and tenant selection. They've impressed me with their attention, understanding, and implementation of details I requested during the rental process. I've been pleased with EVERYTHING so far, from admin through maintenance to the interactions with my PM. As an experienced rental owner, nothing beats peace of mind, and I am grateful for the efforts by this team.

I highly recommend BridgeHaus, the entire team has been incredibly helpfully, prompt and wonderful to work with. They found a tenant in record time and did a great job fixing up the house up to become renter ready. I literally couldn't have done this without BridgeHaus, thank you!

Chloe and her team have been extremely helpful and professional during a tight, stressful timeframe moving cross country. They gave us piece of mind regarding renting our home in San Diego and helped us find tenants right away! They also provided recommendations and continue to be very communicative. Highly recommend.

BridgeHaus Property Managers is by far one of the best companies I have ever worked with. Between Amber and Arian, the communication and assistance was very efficient! The move in, quarterly and move out inspections were super convenient and easy to complete through the app. The Meld repair app was also very useful and easy to navigate. If we ever had an issue with the property, which wasn’t common, Amber was quick to respond and ensure it was resolved in a timely manner. I really appreciated the kindness and proficiency we received from both the owner and the property management team. They helped my family and I during a hardship and I’ll forever be thankful for their understanding and great service! If we were able to stay in California, we would have stayed with this company! I highly recommend this amazing company and sufficient team.

The BrigeHaus team is extremely diligent and detail-oriented, which is critical for a property manager. And they're great with communication and responding to emails. What could have been an extremely stressful and time-consuming process of getting our condo ready for a tenant turned out to be stress-free, and consumed almost none of our time, as they sorted out everything (including finding someone to clean out the unit and get everything shipped to a storage facility). I would recommend them to anyone who needs a property manager.

We are first-time landlords and didn't know what to expect. Chloe and team have made the whole process so easy, from the onboarding process to receiving our monthly rent payments. Everything has been really great. I think the best part is the fact that they found us great tenants.
As a quick update, it's been a year since we started working with BridgeHaus, and we had our first renewal. The team gave us great advice on rental price, the tenants renewed and the property stayed occupied! The whole process was seamless. I never thought being a landlord could be so easy.
