I worked with Joel a few years ago to purchase my first strip center. Joel guided me through the entire process. There were many properties that I thought would be a good fit but he steered me away from because they had problems that I was to green to see. If you are looking to purchase any type of retail property, I highly recommend Joel and NNN Invest.

Joel is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to commercial real estate and business in general. I was a brand new investor. Despite this, Joel was able to educate me and help me throughout the course of my deal. Regardless of whether you are brand new or experienced, I highly recommend Joel. The deal he found us was phenomenal!

Joel has been great to work with. He is very knowledgeable with income entities, whether it is commercial real estate or actual businesses. He is always one of the first people I will consult with when it comes to a CRE or business venture.
