At Evergreen Property Management we provide a hands-off, passive income experience for our investor clients while keeping you fully informed of rental events at your property. Investors come to us if they are experiencing management burnout from self managing, is afraid of potentially not complying with the multitude of laws and ordinances, or if they are looking for a new property management partner. We specialize in residential properties of all shapes and sizes and have a singular point of contact policy to ensure you will always be speaking to someone that is an expert on your investment.

We stayed at their property and had a great experience, especially with the property manager, Marc. He was always responsive and made sure to reply to our messages and address any requests or concerns we had in a timely manner.
Even after we moved out of the property, Marc and the management team continued to be very accommodating and willing to work with us whenever we needed assistance. We truly appreciated their professionalism, communication, and willingness to help.
Overall, we had a positive experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a property manager who is responsive, understanding, and easy to work with.

We had a wonderful stay in Sacramento under the care of the manager. Marc was attentive, responsive and helpful throughout our stay. It was clear he wanted us to be comfortable. We appreciate the extra care and communication. We hope to be able to stay again!

I've been having service from PMI Sac Capital for a few months, so far pretty happy with the service. I like that they have online channel that I can access and see clearly on spending, service charges, bills, etc... And they are quick to respond. Would recommend to anyone who needs service

Whether you are a tenant or a property owner, it is refreshing to deal with a staff that is experienced & knowledgeable and can assist you with whatever your needs may be. Eric Lee has been incredibly helpful, understanding and patient with all our questions and has addressed every need we have forwarded to him -they are the best!
