At Evergreen Property Management we provide a hands-off, passive income experience for our investor clients while keeping you fully informed of rental events at your property. Investors come to us if they are experiencing management burnout from self managing, is afraid of potentially not complying with the multitude of laws and ordinances, or if they are looking for a new property management partner. We specialize in residential properties of all shapes and sizes and have a singular point of contact policy to ensure you will always be speaking to someone that is an expert on your investment.

So far so good with EPM! EPM was referred to us by a personal contact, and we have been pleased. Eric and his team have exhibited timely communication, gone above and beyond by meeting with us or setting us up with a staff associate while on vacation, and taken consistent action to help us find a tenant within a couple weeks of listing. Though we have not rented out the property just yet, the listing and tenant-search process have been seamless. So far, highly recommended.

I have nothing but good things to say about Eric Lee and the property. Neighborhood is kept clean. Neighbors are nice. Eric is very nice and good at communicating and engaging with us and our family, and making sure everything on property is kept in working condition.

My experience with Evergreen Property Management has been terrific. Eric is very knowledgeable and will go the extra step to make sure you are updated and well aware of the process.
Eric has a great system in place that is well organized and I trust him to find a great tenant and ensuring my properties are up to code and well kept. He will provide excellent service whether you are a tenant or owner.

Eric is extremely knowledgeable and professional when managing properties. He makes sure all properties are up to date with current county codes and requirements.
He is transparent and the systems would put any landlord at ease knowing their property is being properly managed.
