I highly recommend Guerin Property Services to anyone looking to purchase or manage rental properties in the San Antonio area. They helped me purchase three investment properties and currently manage all three.
From the purchasing process to ongoing property management, they've been a great resource. Having someone knowledgeable and reliable on the ground is especially valuable as an out-of-state investor. They've helped make owning rental properties from a distance much easier and have been responsive, professional, and helpful whenever something needs attention.
I appreciate the relationship we've built and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Guerin Property Services to anyone looking for a property manager or assistance purchasing investment properties in San Antonio.

One of the best leasing companies I've ever worked with! Parker was phenomenal. He answered all my questions, and walked me through the entire process step by step with kindness and professionalism no matter what day it was. The company is very straightforward and honest no hidden fees. Will definitely be staying with Guerin as long as a I can!

We had a wonderful experience working with this property management company during the time they managed the home we are renting. From the very beginning, the move-in process was seamless, and the entire team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with.
Whenever we had questions or needed assistance, they were always quick to respond and made sure everything was taken care of. They truly made renting a positive, stress-free experience.
We're sad that the home was sold and that we no longer have the opportunity to work with them. We truly appreciated everything they did for us and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional property management company!
