World Class Service. I don’t usually leave reviews, but Erik definitely earned this one. I’ve been through several lending transactions over the years, and this was by far the smoothest I’ve ever done. He was easy to get ahold of, kept me updated throughout the process, and made everything feel straightforward. I never felt like I was chasing answers or wondering what came next. I’ll absolutely be using Erik again and would recommend him to anyone looking for a lender.

We have worked with Erik twice now. This second time we had last minute change and he was able to close within two weeks, with the Thanksgiving holiday being in the middle of one of them. Very impressive! He has lots of options for lending, so he is able to fund almost any project. Highly recommend!

Working with Erik was a wonderful experience he was very professional and explained the refinance process to us step by step. In this business it’s a little hard to find a lender that actually does what they say they will do. Erik did everything and more he said he was going to do. The process was fast and explained in full details. Once again appreciate the hard work. Look forward to the next deal.

Erik was great to work with and stayed on top of things throughout the whole process. He was able to get my deal done when others couldn't. If it wasn't for Erik finding me the best options for lending I wouldn't have been able to purchase my short term rental. I look forward to using Erik for my future deals.
