We have worked with Erik twice now. This second time we had last minute change and he was able to close within two weeks, with the Thanksgiving holiday being in the middle of one of them. Very impressive! He has lots of options for lending, so he is able to fund almost any project. Highly recommend!

In this business it’s a little hard to find a lender that actually does what they say they will do. Erik did everything and more he said he was going to do.
