About us
I would like to offer my company's services to anyone who needs assistance with property management (advertising, tenant screening, contract drafting, collections, maintenance, bookkeeping & accounting, evictions, etc). 25+ years of property management experience! Currently manage over 200 units. Other experience includes: Residential Contractor (homebuilder) - I have built many new construction homes in the Baton Rouge metro area. Commercial Contractor - I was involved with numerous commercial, bonded, publicly bid projects in the Baton Rouge Metro area (I served as the general contractor for all). Licensed Real Estate Broker (REALTOR) - Have facilitated many real estate sales transactions for clients as a broker. Sponsoring Broker - Have sponsored (and continue to do so) many real estate agents in my role as a real estate broker. Supplied leads, mentored, etc. Residential Loan Originator Developer - I spent several years developing a 327 unit RV Park roughly two miles from Dow Chemical that I am selling as a package now that it is planned and permitted.

Great realtor!!! Adam has been great since the first showing very quick to respond and helpful. Highly recommend. Looking to rent or buy he’s your guy. I was moving from Cheyenne Wyoming and Adam was willing to work around my crazy schedule to let me look at properties 100% satisfaction

Adam Campo Real Estate makes it to where everyone can be a landlord. As a 1st time landlord I was very nervous about coming up with my own system, but they take the guesswork out of everything. They allow you to be involved to whatever level you want from doing repairs on your own to completely hands free w a spreadsheet at the end of the month, and a deposit in my account. Very professional. Would definitely recommend

Adam and Maura have been amazing to work with as property managers. They are always attentive to our needs as tenants. Their maintenance contractors always solved any issues. Loved loved loved using them as property managers and would not hesitate to use them again.
