About us
Aloha! Real Estate is a passion of mine because it is the gateway for people to fulfill their dreams, whether that be accumulating wealth, relocating to a new location, or just finding a place to establish roots in a community. I have been an investor of properties in Colorado and Hawaii since 2002. I call my values my "3 R's": to be Respectful of all, to be incredibly Responsive, and to always do the Right thing- even when no one is watching. I first purchased an investment condo in Hawaii entirely remotely, and that ultimately led to my family's relocation to Waikoloa on the Big Island- truly a dream come true for us. I'd love to help others fulfill their dreams of ownership in Hawaii as well!

Joe is great to work with. He is very personable and professional, patient, never pushy. We maintained a working relationship for several years while looking for the right property at the right price. Every interaction reinforced our confidence and trust in Joe's assistance with our condo purchase.

Our professional relationship with Joe started 2+ years before we finally closed on a beautiful home. We made offers on multiple homes during that long tenure but none worked out until this final deal. Joe remained professional, engaged, empathetic, and passionate about finding us the right home at the right price. The closing process of this final property was a little bumpy due to unforeseen issues found during the inspection. Again, Joe remained calm and committed to a resolution through repeated negotiations with the selling agent. Compromises were reached on both sides and we closed with all parties satisfied; this was in large part due to the huge efforts put forth by Joe. We have worked with many different REs over the years - none can compare to Joe!!
