Astoria Charm is a property management company based in Baltimore, Maryland (Charm city), specializing in the management of residential SFH and Multi-family properties as well as small commercial spaces. At Astoria Charm, our goal is to provide a quality standard of housing combined with professional and responsive management for our residents in order to minimize maintenance and increase resident retention. The experience of the founders of Astoria Charm has been that it’s not enough to provide quality housing for residents, rather this must be coupled with excellent management (strong communication, pro active leasing, quick and responsive maintenance) in order to protect investors assets and secure long term residents. It is this approach that truly integrates the investor’s interests as well as resident’s perspective resulting in strong, profitable investments for the investor and a warm, safe and charm living environment for the resident.

Shady and unprofessional. Astoria Charm had me sign a lease, hand in a deposit, and then sent an email half an hour later to say that they were no longer managing the building. My building is under new management now, but we've found out that the washer and dryer does not work, paint is peeling off of the tub that they "reglazed", the building has already had issues with the pipes. They don't do their do due diligence to make sure you get what you're paying for and will leave you to figure it out.

I'm usually skeptical when it comes to 3rd party property management companies but I heard great things so i figured I'd give a shot to mange my portfolio in MD. Sure enough I am happy to say it was a great decision. Astoria has done a perfect job handling my properties to the point where its a truly a passive investment for me. Isaac and his team executed on exactly what I was told. Highly recommended to anyone who owns real estate in MD.

They were responsive, professional, and consistently followed through on what they said they would do. Everything was handled smoothly and on schedule.
