Josh has been charging my mom's condo late fee for past few months and when I questioned him to clarify as to why, he started raising his voice and behaved in such rude and disrespectful manner that is quite appalling coming from a grown up adult. Josh kept giving me the same non-sense reply for the reason then he hung up on me. It is clear from the previous reviews that this guy has a track record of scamming people. My mom is 89 years old and is on a fixed income. He should have some standard and scamming seniors is pretty low.

This place is a scam. When I initially moved in, I overlooked some items. One them being the blinds for the windows. Two of the blinds had some damage to them. I'm pretty sure that they knew about that and hid that from me. I moved out after my lease expired. Sure enough they are charging me for the 2 new blinds. Wonder why they didn't replace them after the previous tenants moved out? They are keeping the money and scamming renters. Do not recommend them.

Not happy with this company. I used them to manage a rental property. While they advertised my place to potential renters, my place was not checked on and squatters were living in the home, causing property damage. Josh refused to take responsibility and was extremely unpleasant to speak with. It cost me a lot of money out of pocket in the end. I do not recommend trusting this company.

Josh and the Acres Property Management are truly the best. They genuinely care about their tenants and want nothing but the best for everyone. My partner and I had a some issue happening with the unit. Josh and his team did everything in their ability to help and take care of us as tenants to get this fixed.

I was reminded today of how a rental company or landlord can really make or break your experience when renting. About 5 months ago, we found a house to rent through Acres and I reached out to inquire about it. Josh and Tetiana were our points of contact as we asked questions, went to see the property and, ultimately, signed the lease. They were friendly, professional and just made this an incredibly smooth process so we had been looking forward to working with them. Not long after we moved in, we received a call from a very rude lady stating that they were taking over but would not say why. Initially, I thought they were from a different property management company but just recently found out that she is the owner. We have not enjoyed this change as she has continued to be unpleasant and hard to work with. There's a maintenance issue that we first requested to be taken care of nearly 5 months ago that has yet to be fixed despite our constant requests for this of as it's actually a hazard. I still do not know the reasoning behind the change in management but, based on the leasing process, Acres is a 5 star company and I am bummed that they are not the ones handling the property we're renting.

Led my Josh Auxier , the team is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in finding good renters in addition to navigating them current city and county rental codes. Both professional and personable the team has been timely in responding to my inquiries.

He also gave someone the code to our contractor's box to access the key when the key was stolen out of his key box, Then refused to take responsibility.
