I had a great experience with KeyOpp, especially thanks to Henry! From the beginning, he was responsive, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the leasing process. He answered all my questions, kept me updated, and made what could have been a stressful. I always felt like I was in good hands. He truly made the experience so much easier!

We had a great experience working with Henry from Key Opp Management from the initial application all the way through move-in. He was incredibly warm and helpful, always available to answer our questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Henry was responsive, professional, paid lots of attention to details and took immediate steps to ensure our home was move-in ready in just two days. Really appreciate Henry's help, and highly recommend Henry and Key Opp Management!

Kelvin is also a very enthusiastic young man—he always finds ways to see how he can provide me with even more support. The new property management team assigned to coordinate with me has also been very diligent. They always offer some “great” ideas that are not just impressive in theory, but actually get implemented. Especially before I take any action, they promptly share their professional opinions. Even when they disagree, it’s always well-reasoned, and I’m quickly able to accept it.

Working with KeyOpp Property Management has been such a wonderful experience! Austin has been our main contact during the entire rental process and him and the team have been super responsive and proactive with getting documents together seamlessly! Loved working with the team and hope my future encounters are as easy as with them!
