Since taking over management of the building I live in, Austin and the Keyopp group have been great. They came into a tricky situation, but with consistency and immediacy they fixed the issues and the future in this building looks bright

KeyOpp, specifically Bryant, has been a fantastic property manager. He went above and beyond when our apartment suffered water damage from the unit above last December, displacing us for nearly a month. Bryant handled the challenging situation with a positive attitude, kept us informed every step of the way, and ensured we were comfortable, especially during the holidays. His kindness and helpfulness truly stood out - highly recommend KeyOpp properties.

Leanna did a fantastic job managing the rental process for our apartment. After our move, we needed someone to handle everything remotely, and she delivered with excellent execution and a very quick turnaround.
Her communication was top-notch throughout the entire process. She kept us updated at every step with pictures and text messages of the progress. If you’re looking for a professional who is efficient and easy to work with, I highly recommend Leanna and the KeyOpp team

Austin was fantastic! I was renting an apartment through a different company and the ceiling collapsed unexpectedly, leaving me without housing. Austin was quick to respond to my questions, easy to get in touch with, and made my apartment hunt smooth and easy during an otherwise really stressful time. I felt confident that he would get me into the right apartment and he made the whole process quick and easy. I would recommend him and KeyOpp without hesitation.

My partner and I are overjoyed to have moved into a beautiful new home managed by KeyOpp. Throughout the application process for our new apartment, we appreciated how quickly Austin was able to respond over text and the phone, making things a lot smoother. Austin was nothing but professional in showing us the place, walking us through the application process, and ultimately helping us sign the lease, and he also went out of his way to give us advice for parts of the application and forms, making things easier. We're looking forward to him being our new property manager, as well!

I had such a positive experience with KeyOpp. From the very beginning, Austin was not only responsive but also incredibly helpful and supportive, guiding me through every step of the leasing process. Finding the right place for my little family hasn’t been easy, but he truly made the process simple and stress-free. He was always communicative, quick to address my questions, and even took the time to walk me through details over the phone. This is honestly one of the best property management companies I’ve ever worked with. They went above and beyond and far exceeded my expectations.
