I am an out of state Lender who referred a Client to Rhonda because she came highly recommended. She assisted my clients in finding the perfect 2nd home. We have always wanted a vacation condo at the beach and had been looking online and marking favorites for months. When it came time to get serious, we called Rhonda. Aside from what we thought looked good online, based on her expert knowledge of the Myrtle Beach and surrounding areas, Rhonda was able to show us condos in different locations that we had never considered. Rhonda listened to us, matched our wants to potential properties, and helped us find our condo. She was genuinely interested in helping us meet our goals and made the entire process from showing properties to closing effortless. We highly recommend calling Rhonda. She is wonderful!

Rhonda has been a huge lifesaver for my mom. My mother is retiring across the country and after trying to contact 4 or more real estate agents with no answer, Rhonda went out of her way to help with her transition to the beach by answering questions online and eventually showing houses. Both Rhonda and Anthony have gone above and beyond before meeting, during tours/signings and even after the purchase of a condo. We cannot recommend her enough for your real estate needs in the Myrtle beach area!

Rhonda was a great resource for me buying my home. Helped every step of the way which took a lot of stress off my shoulders. As a first time buyer the experience of a professional realtor in my corner was comforting and assuring. Being in my new home it’s nice to have a friend like Rhonda!

Rhonda was amazing to work with. She listened to what our needs and wants were and found us the perfect condo. The sale of our smaller condo had some challenges, due to no fault of Rhonda’s or our own, but Rhonda stepped in and handled things like a true professional. We will only work with her going forward.
