We are a full service boutique real estate company that provides sales, rentals, and property management with exceptional service. Green Ivy started in early 2007 as a property management company who helped owners rent their home when selling wasn’t an option for them. Since then we have developed a strong sales department that helps these owners sell their rental property and also help tenants purchase their first home.

Update: Following this review the building management company acted quickly to get a repair tech in our building to fix the dryer. Our dryer is now functioning and someone from their team was attentive enough to follow up with me and listen to my feedback and help me with solutions for planning future repairs since it is very difficult for my partner and I to take off work.
I submitted a maintenance request on October 6th to have my dryer fixed and it still hasn’t happened as of October 21st. I haven’t been able to do any laundry in that time which is super frustrating because it’s part of why we chose this place to begin with. They outsourced the issue to another company and they’ve been very hard to work with, as they only can come Monday - Friday during regular work days. This has caused my partner and I to make changes to our work schedule twice so that we’d be able to have the dryer fixed. The technician has yet to set foot in our apartment. The company that this was outsourced too also told us that our building management company didn’t submit the ticket to them until 1 week after we initially requested them to. I don’t know who to blame in this situation, but I sincerely hope no one else ever ends up in this situation. It’s a waste of my rent.

I live in a building that was managed by GIRPM for 8 years. They were always quick to response, pleasant and efficient. Overall they took good care of the building and my apartment. I would be happy to live again in a property managed by them.

I’ve never had property management as responsible as Green Ivy Realty & Property Management. They are professional, responsive, and have outstanding communication. They even assist with the move-in and move-out process, and can help you find an alternative place if needed. I’m truly grateful for the care and support they provided to me and my family during our time at their property.

I've been a tenant and a landlord working the Andrew and Ashley. They are the best. As a tenant, we rented one of their properties while we were waiting on buying a home. They were professional and has a very well organized. We had a water issue in the basement and they solved the problem super quickly.
As a landlord, they have been amazing. The do monthly inspections, they catch problems while they are small, and communicate regularly with me. Honestly, I don't spend hardly any time on my property unless there is an issue and they handle it quickly.

I was working with a different property manager for several years and suspected that the service was sub par. Who wants to go through the hassle of finding and engaging a new property manager? I got Russel’s name from a colleague and he set Green Ivy apart from the beginning. I’ve been with them for almost a year now and the difference for both myself and for my tenants is fantastic. Work orders are serviced with no drama, the team working on my building is terrific and there’s complete communication around all the issues that come up. I’m very happy that I did the work to switch. Green Ivy costs a little more and gives me a much more comprehensive service. It’s totally worth it.

I've been renting my apartment through Green Ivy as of 3 weeks ago. From the very beginning Brianna was great in keeping me updated on my application process. Everything was very straight forward and made simple for us. The first two weeks of living there my family and I only encountered very minor issues which I reached out to Green Ivy through email and was in communication with the Property Manager, Kevin who was very efficient on getting our maintenance issues taken care of the following day. I overall appreciate the communication with the entire team. They offer different forms of payments to make things easy for tenants. I really like the Residents App; it works great to see your payments and keep track and also another source of communication. Thank you Green Ivy for making renting so much easier and taking care of your tenants!
