Scott managed my rental real estate portfolio for years and did an exemplary job. Always responsive , accountable and easy to deal with. Then when I made the decision to divest my portfolio, he did a very nice job of positioning the properties for sale, then listing and representing me in the sales process. All in all I couldn’t be happier with Scott and his team.

Scott has been a fantastic property manager. He oversaw a significant renovation of my property and found a great tenant for the place. He works very hard and I can't recommend him highly enough.

SGM has been the best property managers I’ve ever had, far and away above the rest who’ve managed my unit. They’ve repaired or replaced everything that was broken or in disrepair when the others did nothing, added safety/convenience things like handrails, decks and extra lighting, and complete regular maintenance of the building. I literally have no complaints, definitely deserving of the rating.
