Meghan Carson, on the property management side of REI, has been a tremendous amount of help with my investment experience! She is very efficient and proficient in her duties, ensuring issues and/or requests get addressed and handled immediately. Meghan's professionalism, strong work ethic and communication skills are to be commended. I have had a very satisfying experience with REI/PPMG, up to this point. This review is about Megan Carson, customer service rep for my account. Megan is always pleasant, competent and responsive. She diligently handled a recent repair case for me during the recent severe winter slam. I sent her some valuation testimony documents I needed, and she was able to turn those around in an amazingly rapid manner. Megan is a keeper in REI, and she definitely represents the company well. Angela Comer, at REI, offers outstanding service to me (a multiple property owner)! She very responsive, friendly, helpful, dependable and follows through on our needed actions. She also is a very good communicator. I'm delighted she's my REI service provider!

Meghan Carson, our customer service rep has been a delight to work with. She stays on top of our properties and keeps us informed every step of the way. I really appreciate how REI Nation gives us one customer service rep for all of our properties so that we have one point person to call. Other management companies we have worked with are not organized this way and it has caused us a lot of headaches when trying to get to the bottom of issues with our properties. REI Nation's expertise in their field far outweighs other management companies. And Meghan is a real asset to the company. I highly recommend them.

We have worked with REI Nation since 2018 and it has been a great experience. From the purchase of our properties to everything that has been involved in the management through the years, the process has been truly turnkey. One important attribute of this company I'll point out is communication. As new investors in real estate, REI Nation's regular communication with us was (and continues to be) very valuable, beginning with Jill Barnum and now carried on by Meghan Carson our current customer service representative. Meghan checks in at least once a month with a phone call on updates with our properties. She is always available and responsive to all questions we have. This communication and handling of issues that have come up over the years has enabled us to continue with real estate investing. Thank you REI nation.
