I can’t say enough great things about the team here! Nicole in the office has been absolutely wonderful from day one. She is kind, responsive, and always gets back to me quickly. No matter what I’ve needed, she’s handled it professionally and with such a positive attitude. Her smile is contagious, and she truly makes you feel like you’re valued as a resident. Adam from maintenance has also been incredible! He came by, knocked out every maintenance request in no time, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. He was friendly, efficient, and clearly takes pride in his work. His positive attitude and infectious smile made the whole experience even better. It’s rare to find a team that’s not only efficient but genuinely cares about the people they help. Nicole and Adam have made my experience such a positive one, and I truly appreciate everything they’ve done. They’re both an incredible asset to the property management, and I highly recommend this place because of people like them!

I really appreciate how fair and responsive WPM's has been to any maintenance issues or other questions we've had since we've started renting with them. Adam specifically has come out to fix a couple things, and he was very accommodating and quick in fixing the issues. In our experience, they've been a great company to rent through!

I had a great visit today with WPM and my property inspector! Brian went above and beyond to make sure any issues I was experiencing were to be made aware of. A very quick but insightful inspection and overall friendly support I would recommend Brian and his work to anyone!

He explained what needed fixing, worked efficiently, and ensured everything was functioning properly before leaving.
