I just wanna say working with Nicole has been a very easy smooth process for us. She is very kind helpful friendly and has answered all of my questions and concerns that i have had for her! I am beyond happy to be having a property manager that is so easy going in friendly. Thank you again Nicole!

Company is very responsive to any issue I have occurred. When I put a maintenance request in on the portal, someone is there the next day to fix the issue. Since I moved in a few months ago, they have redone the carpets in the building and have made other improvements. The staff is friendly and responds very quickly to any question I have had. The maintenance people are very friendly as well.

I have been with WPM for about 3 years now and have the most wonderful experience and care. They are quick to fix an issue, their communication is great ! Very thankful for having them still to this day as my Landlords!! Thank you

Wisconsin Property Management Company has Recently Acquired The Property Where I Reside, Which is on The Historical Registry and The National Historical Registry....
We as Tenants have NEVER Been Sooo Very PLEASED.... Finally a Company That Cares not ONLY about the Property, but also Their Tenants as Well....In most cases Work Orders are Addressed within 24hrs....
An Absolutely Amazing Team .... From Cal to Nicole and The Entire Maintenance Team as Well as David from Lawn Care....
