WI Property Managers have been great landlords to us. Anytime we have an issue, they take care of it as quickly as they can. Their communication to keep us updated is good. The maintenance technician today was Adam and he is so friendly and professional. He updated me with times of arrival and was efficient and our microwave looks great! Thank you Adam and WI Prop Managers! Merry Christmas 🎅 🎄

I had a small issue at home that needed to be taken care of and I contacted Wisconsin property Management about it and they were quick about getting it resolved. They have always been on top of everything that may have needed to be taken care of and it's highly appreciated. Keep up the good job.

I just wanna say working with Nicole has been a very easy smooth process for us. She is very kind helpful friendly and has answered all of my questions and concerns that i have had for her! I am beyond happy to be having a property manager that is so easy going in friendly. Thank you again Nicole!

Company is very responsive to any issue I have occurred. When I put a maintenance request in on the portal, someone is there the next day to fix the issue. Since I moved in a few months ago, they have redone the carpets in the building and have made other improvements. The staff is friendly and responds very quickly to any question I have had. The maintenance people are very friendly as well.

I have been with WPM for about 3 years now and have the most wonderful experience and care. They are quick to fix an issue, their communication is great ! Very thankful for having them still to this day as my Landlords!! Thank you
