The Lawton Team made my home-selling experience smooth and easy. It was an emotional time for me as I was selling my childhood home, but they assured and supported me the whole way through. The pictures and listings were beautiful and professional and led to four offers. They gave prudent advice when I was unsure of the best offer to accept and closing went smoothly. I'm so grateful to Brian, Cal, Ernesto, and Audrey for making it as pain-free as possible.

Working with Realtors is a partnership between the buyer or seller, their lender and the Real Estate team to help people achieve success with their real estate goals and transactions. Brian and his entire team are built to take great care of people and I cannot recommend them enough. Great people who are honest and want you to have a great experience is what you can expect.

Cal and his team are very professional, and clearly were playing the long game and not trying to make a quick sale. They kept us in the loop with open communication and updates, and after 9 months of showings and negotiations, found the perfect buyer and got the deal done. Would definitely use him again, for either residential or commercial.

I am currently getting a property ready to go on the market and am working with Ernesto on this team. I really feel supported and heard by this team of agents. They are available for any question or concern that I have and consistently go above and beyond. Buying and selling is a challenging process, but I feel like they have answers for any question that I have and make the entire process clear and easy. I recommend this team completely and without reservation to anyone looking for an ethical team who will guide them every step of the way.

From our first mtg they presented themselves as confident, knowledgeable professionals with a kindness towards our situation. EXIT Realty HGM was recommended to us by a family member to assist us during our recent home-buying experience. Throughout the process, our realtor Mikayla was very knowledgeable, and reliable throughout the entire home buying process! Our recent purchase was a bit different because I was out of state while she was assisting my wife throughout the home-buying experience. Naturally, I had many questions and concerns regarding the entire process. Thankfully, she was there to calm my nerves and answered every question accordingly. Overall, we are happy with our new home, and I would recommend her and the team to anyone. We are grateful for all their work in getting us into our new home!
