QB saved me after a terrible experience with another contractor. They got my project back on track and saw it to the end. My project was a full gut on a 2 unit property in Chicago with a 203K loan. It was a drawn out process but QB was professional and reliable. We had weekly meetings about the progress and pictures were loaded in their mobile app every week, which was great because I wasn’t on site. It was my first renovation and they offered guidance and was always kept it real about budget and what could be done. Jonathan went above and beyond to make sure I got to the finished line and I’m grateful for him. The only hang up I had was the finishing guy. It took him a while to get come back and patch up things at the end but we eventually got it done. I highly recommend and would consider them again. The easiest to work with and I didn’t feel like they were taking advantage of me because I am a woman.

We were first time home buyers & found a home that needed some love to be built into it before we moved in. The team at Quality was on top of it from the start. We met with a design consultant, picked out what we wanted & received slide shows of how it would look at the end. No work was started until the team at QB ensured everything we wanted was in possession. That last bit was a bit stressful but appreciated knowing we got what we wanted. Of course some hiccups along the way, but that was expected when you’re gutting out a home. Overall, Jonathan, Eddie, Matt & the whole crew were on top of it. We hope to never go through this again, but if we do, I have Jonathan’s number so he would be my first call.

Quality builders recently completed a full gut rehab of my bathroom and i could not be happier with it. The communication throughout the project was excellent. They found some serious issues behind the walls and it barely set them back from their original end date. The end result is a gorgeous bathroom that will last until the building falls down. I plan on working with quality builders on all my renovation projects going forward.

Great experience. We redid parts of the bathroom that we had no remodel experience with and QB was the right team for the job. Jonathan walked us through the whole process seamlessly. From helping pick out parts to handling plumbing work (sink + toilet) to tiling the entire bathroom to gutting and laying cement in the bathroom, QB really did a fantastic job!
