Jonathan and his team are top quality! They are highly regarded professionals in Chicago! This year they did a wonderful job for my clients! The latest project in 2025 was a Victorian two story in Logan Square area. The project consisted of a new kitchen with new layout as open plan. Opening of the back porch to create more open family room space and a new deck beyond. There also was a new master bath on the second floor. The family bath no longer served their use with a young family of five. Jonathan and his team were very resourceful and help on some of the selections of the projects fixtures and finishes. Our design firm did the architectural work as design. The family is now happily using their new house project and they are loving and adapting to their new house and space. We are happy to send over new clients after this!

Quality Builders recently completed a full remodel on my property in Elgin. The work included replacing the shingles, siding, windows, back door, and finishing the interior flooring.
The project ran smoothly and professionally. Project Manager Jon maintained good communication, and the crew was experienced and tidy. They stayed within budget and offered useful suggestions that added value to the house.
I am happy with the results, especially the new energy-efficient windows with aluminum capping. Quality materials were used, and the pricing was fair. They addressed minor issues immediately.
I would recommend Jon and Quality Builders.

Jonathan is really easy to work with. He's very responsive, and flexible. This renovation project was a bear from the beginning and Jonathan and his team felt like they were on my side the whole time. Jonathan has a team of sub contractors that do great work. The drywall team was highly skilled, and pleasant to have around the house (I work from home, so I was here while the work was being done). The tuck pointer worked fast and got that job done in record time. Even when there were a few miscommunications about the scope of work Jonathan and the team paid attention and were very flexible and forgiving. I hope to work with them in the future.

We are sincerely grateful for Jonathan and the team at Quality Builders for the work they did on our home and all that went into helping us with a renovation loan. This was our first experience with a contractor and QB made it easy for us. They provided timely, honest and transparent communication about the project from start to completion. Met Jonathan at a local real estate meet up group. Mentioned I had a problem with bulging fascia brick. He was able to come out and give me an accurate estimate and scope of work. Working with Jonathan and his team has been effortless and communication top notch!!! Highly recommend.

Great experience. We redid parts of the bathroom that we had no remodel experience with and QB was the right team for the job. Jonathan walked us through the whole process seamlessly. From helping pick out parts to handling plumbing work (sink + toilet) to tiling the entire bathroom to gutting and laying cement in the bathroom, QB really did a fantastic job!

Jonathan and his team are awesome from quality builders. One of the best General Contractors I’ve worked with in Chicago / Chicagoland. Has a long list of experience from small to large rehabs. His company is very transparent, patient and helpful. We first scheduled a call for scope of work, did an in person walk, and shortly after I accepted the bid to my surprise the work was scheduled and completed. We replaced a load bearing post, dug down, poured and leveled for the new post and anchored in my enclosed rear porch. I’m more than happy with the job. Great service would recommend for your next job! Don’t hesitate to reach out!
