All I can say is I love working with RPM.
Been renting in this house for almost 2 years. Met tanner he’s awesome man, when he came through to do inspections ,for a lease renewal. Thank you Tanner:)

I've been renting from this company since January 2025. The renting process was really quick and easy. They let me do last minute walk throughs with no issue. Tanner helped answer any questions that I had in a relatively quick fashion. The house was taken care of when we moved in, I had to clean things here and there but that is with any rental company. Really wanting to stay with this company until we can purchase our own home. Never had a problem with communication or any maintenance issues that weren't addressed asap.

My business partner and myself have worked with RPM for over 20 years. We have had such a great experience and Tanner is excellent. He is so professional and always follows through with any questions or concerns we may have. Do not hesitate to work with RPM…..they are the best!!!! Thank You Tanner for all your hard work.

Applied for a rental (paid the application fee) got an email from Tanner saying there was someone ahead of us and they were waiting for section 8 housing inspection and that he would get back to me whether it passed or not. No reply. Emailed him last night and as of 10:15 this morning still have not heard from them if the inspection passed, if the people were approved or if the home is still open for renters. The listing is still on Zillow as available so how many people are paying the application fee for this place when clearly it’s already been rented? This seems scammy to me!

Real Property Management has worked wih me diligently. I get quick responses which makes me feel comfortable with my properties, no worries. Any disputes have been addressed professionally and with kindness. I have a long association with this company for the reasons stated above.

Julie my property manager is the BEST hands down. I have gone through my share of property managers and organizations in the past 20 years, and have never found a person who cares and handles responsibility to there clients the way Julie does.......

My experience with the new ownership of RPM Nampa & Boise has been satisfactory. Julie has been promptly attentive to necessary tasks and is always pleasant and respectful.
