I have been a long-time property owner in the Spokane Valley. My experience with Jeff and Jerry goes back over 11 years, when they began managing my properties as Homeland Property Management. When they expanded their services to become Hornberger Property Group, they evolved into a full service property management group that includes property management, short and long-term rental management, contracting services, maintenance, and so on. They are professional and care for my properties as if they were their own. I would especially like to single out Rita, the property manager I work with almost exclusively for the past 2-3 years. I have had some sticky situations that were stressful to me as a property owner who lives out of town. Rita has gone above and beyond to relieve my stress and treats my concerns professionally, competently, and compassionately. She not only is knowledgeable, but she is also personable and goes above and beyond to help me. If I could give Rita and Hornberger 10 stars, I wouldn't hesitate to do so!

Ashley is an excellent representative of the Hornberger Group. She arrived promptly at the time indicated. She was professional and proficient in completing the inspection. She has a very pleasant personality and made the experience very positive.

Very communicative and helpful. I’m glad to be apart of Jose’s team as he makes sure all requests are met and that we stay informed. I have not had property managers who have been this proactive before. It is a nice change!

We recently got a new Maintenance coordinator, Jose Gomez, that has absolutely been on top of it. We had issues with our fridge, and instead of being left to figure it out, as I have had to in the past. They had it repaired within the week. I'm confident they would have had it fixed within a couple days had we not gone into the weekend or had to wait on parts to get in via mail. Jose has really stepped up. Effectively communicated and was prompt in response to the issues we've had on hand the last couple weeks. Thank you for giving us some peace of mind with Maintenance being handled!

Jacob the maintenance technician did an awesome job. He has repaired the apt several times. He's so courteous and kind. Very respectful young man. Me being African American I felt no form of race differences. He smiled he's a great mechanic repairman. I request Jacob on all my repairs because of his kindness and respect .Not everyone has been kind to me in the Hornberger office. I am sure we are all on better pages now. Wonderful company. 5 stars to Jacob. Best technician I've had to repair things . 19 years same apt. Jason is the best. I rate him higher than a 5.
