Working with Zulekha was an absolute pleasure. She truly cares about her clients best interest and was there for them every step of the way. As the lender on the transaction, I felt comfortable communicating with her any challenges and progress updates along the way and strategizing on a path forward to get to the closing table. I met Zulekha initially about a year ago through a friend. The first time I reached out to her I was blown away as she was so knowledgeable and professional, she made us feel extremely comfortable even though we had 1000 questions with her communication skills. Zulekha is truly a gem in this busy world of real estate as she's so patient, knowledgeable about the industry she listens and she delivers 🙌. Her qualities made it so so easy in us finding and locking in our first home 🏡. I would definitely recommend her to anyone i know that needs a great realtor.

Working with Zulekha was a dream - I couldn’t have asked for a better experience (or a better apartment). As a first time renter, I was very overwhelmed with navigating the renters market in NJ, but I was so blessed to have been introduced to Zulekha. She was extremely kind and compassionate to all my wants/need and took the time to explain multiple processes. Her attention to detail showed me that she cared about me, not only as a client, but as a person. If you haven’t worked with Zulekha, you’re really missing out! I highly recommend choosing her as your relator.
