I’ve worked with Kyle on several deals and referred him to multiple clients of ours. He is extremely educated in his craft and responsive. As a real estate agent and investor, in addition to obtaining fair rates, costs, etc., it’s important that things on the lending side move swiftly throughout the transaction. Kyle has fantastic executional
skills and maintains transparency throughout the process. Road blocks are natural depending on the property! If they come up, Kyle works swiftly to clear the condition and always gets us to the closing table on time. His team is strong and very professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for real estate financing!

Kyle was very helpful in advising us, getting us pre-approved, running several cost estimate sheets, and even ushering us through a few failed starts, before we finally closed on a house with a mortgage loan from him. He was also helpful in referring us to others when he didn't have products to meet our immediate needs, so we came back to him when we were ready for a new mortgage. Thanks, Kyle!

Kyle helped me with a loan to secure an investment property and then again with a very difficult refinance when the rehab of the property was complete. Kyle was incredibly helpful! He checked in with me throughout the process and offered sound advice on multiple occasions. He went out of his way to ensure my property manager was accomplishing what needed to be done for the refinance to happen. As I don’t live local and have a 5-6 hour time difference, his attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference for both transactions. I look forward to working with Kyle again in the near future!

Kyle at Federated is very well versed in the home lending department and takes the time to thoroughly explain each aspect of the home buying process. I found that Kyle and Federated Mortgage were very good at catering their services to my home buying goals.
