I still can't believe my wife and I's first home purchase was as easy as it was, and we owe a lot of that to Chris and his knowledgeable team. Chris was proactive and forthcoming in getting us the best possible rates. He and Jackie were incredibly responsive, able to rerun cost estimates for different homes or resolve contract issues within hours, even on the day of closing. We couldn't be happier with their service.

Chris was great throughout my family’s home buying experience. Chris was always available to explain every detail, compare loan options, and help us make confident, informed decisions. I really appreciated how stress-free he made the whole mortgage process feel. We ended up getting the home we really wanted, and I can’t thank Chris and his team enough. Wow! Love this team! Was flirting with buying a house for 8 months. Every time I emailed Chris or Jackie they responded sooo quickly - nights… weekends…During the Eagles game! So fast to get us preapprovals and estimates for many offers over 6 months time until we finally found the right house. They were able to work with us to make sure we could get a good number on the payment while still keeping our cash to close where it needed to be.
The process was super smooth! After we got them all the documents they needed in their portal, they kept us up to date on the process and made sure we got all the documents on easy platforms to sign and access. 5 stars! Chris and team are awesome!

Chris and his team are THE BEST- hands down. We wont ever go to anyone else for our mortgage needs. We had a tricky scenario and they were relentless in finding a way to make it work for us. Jackie is absolutely incredible at what she does and figuring out how to pull things together, Donna is so thorough in the final steps and made sure I understood everything. We really couldn’t be any happier with our experience and will HIGHLY recommend this team to anyone in the market for a mortgage on a new home or refinance.
