New to working with FBM through my employer, a non profit agency but so far it has been a positive experience. Brad has gone out of his way to accommodate our unique needs as a corporate leasee. We are new to this particular process but FBM has walked us through each step. We hope to have a long lasting partnership with FBM!

As a new tenant who is also a realtor by profession my experience with FBM specifically Miguel and Tim has been amazing. I recently sold my home and in transition decided to rent a beautiful townhome in The Retreat at North Grove community. From the moment I began scheduling tours my experience was great. I had a million and one questions and a specific situation I was dealing with. The team at FBM took great care of me, I never felt like they were getting frustrated or that they weren’t willing to help. The application process and move in process has been seamless. As someone who hasn’t rented in over 11 years and someone who works endlessly with property management companies for my clients I have been blown away. I have peace knowing that this is the company that I’ll be dealing with during my time in their community. I’ll also have confidence when I bring other clients to their properties in the future! Thanks FBM for an amazing experience and I look forward to my time with you going forward.

They were awesome! Super helpful throughout the entire process whenever we had questions we would call and they would pick up within minutes and we would have all the information we needed. Everyone was super friendly when I went to pay my deposit and this made my first time renting an apartment a lot easier and less stressful than I imagined.

Made my first mistake paying for the application. Followed the application process on the website. Paid the $75 app fee then was told, via txt, that $35 pet deposits were required JUST to run the application. Pet deposits due prior to approval? Had I known that, I wouldn’t have paid the $75 and tried somewhere else.
No communication. Easy process? Not from my experience. $75 down the drain which sucks cause with the economy the way it is……$75 could’ve went to another more transparent and helpful agency.
