I decided to convert my Roth IRA to a self-directed Roth IRA. I’ve been working with Jack Redinger at Equity Trust. We were working against a hard deadline for an investment opportunity, and Jack helped coordinate all of the paperwork and efforts. As a result of this, we were able to move the funds to Equity Trust and have the funds invested before the deadline. It happened more quickly and efficiently than I expected, and it was largely due to Jack’s efforts. I’m grateful and I recommend him.

I had a great experience working with Cyerha White! She was friendly, professional, and made the entire IRA setup process smooth and stress-free. She explained everything clearly, followed up promptly, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend working with her — she’s fantastic!

So far my experience has been great with Equity Trust. My onboard specialist Shaun Truett does an excellent job answering all my questions and assisting me with next steps. I 100% recommend this company and 300% Shaun Truett as the person on the other side helping me understand all the services that can be provided and giving me full support and updates of all transactions. Buying metals for my retirement account has been stressful, but LeeAnn Jimenez at Equity Trust has made it so much easier! LeeAnn has been my partner in getting things done and getting them done in a timely manner. She's been there for me when I have questions, and her answers are answers I can trust. Sheena G. has superior customer service skills. As a former teacher, I would rate her performance with an A+. She is very knowledgable, explains everything in a clear manner and is very patient when answering customer’s questions. I am pleased that she is my contact person at Equity Trust. Equity Trust is lucky to have her on their team.

Jack R******r orchestrated a flawless creation of a new Real Estate Checkbook LLC in record time - way below the time Equity Trust quoted to get it done. His ability to direct a highly responsive team (shout out to Marty & Alexandra) to open a new Roth IRA for my wife, create a new multi-member LLC with outside non-ETC investors & fund a newly created bank account was truly amazing. Our family will benefit for generations! Highly recommended.
