Lucy was my on boarding person. She did a wonderful job and showed me how to use the application. She gave me different contact numbers if I had any issues. Lucy offered herself as a contact if I needed anything in the future. It was a nice speaking to a person who had the line when it could’ve been otherwise an AI bot. I think highly of Equity Trust and they’re on boarding named Lucy.

We couldn’t have asked for a better representative from Equity Trust than Cyerha White. Not only was she immensely helpful but also patient with us when we didn’t give her the correct information at the beginning. We HIGHLY recommend Cyerha and Equity Trust as well.

was referred to Equity Trust Company by a colleague, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free, largely because of April Erickson. I’ve spent more than 20 years investing and working in the investment industry, and April stands out as one of the most helpful people I’ve ever worked with. She was friendly, professional, and took the time to truly understand my needs. I had an urgent deadline, and she stayed with me every step of the way, going above and beyond to help me meet it. It meant a lot to be able to connect with a real person who was knowledgeable and supportive throughout the process. I highly recommend Equity Trust, and 100% recommend April Erickson as your onboarding specialist.

I used Equity Trust Company to set up an IRA. I rolled a large portion of my 401k into this IRA. The lady I'm working with at ETC is: Caroline Fay. Caroline has been wonderful to work with! She explained the entire process up front & answered all my questions. She is very professional & friendly... Also patient! I'm a truck driver & our first call was hands free in my noisy truck cab! It wasn't easy for her to hear me, but she kept repeating as necessary till we accomplished our conversation in full! Anytime I reached out to her, she responded quickly & was always happy to do so! ETC also offers online access... Thus my account can be monitored from anywhere I want! I feel my investments are very safe with them & I trust that they will always respond in a professional & timely manner! I look forward to a long partnership with Equity Trust Company!

I’ve really enjoyed working with April Erickson at Equity Trust. She was extremely professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about providing excellent service. After I opened my Roth IRA account, April guided me through my first private equity investment, making the entire process clear, smooth, and stress-free. I had a great experience working with Samantha Gallaher at Equity Trust Company. She was extremely helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable throughout the entire onboarding and investment process. She took the time to walk through details, answer questions, and make sure everything was handled correctly and efficiently.
The process went smoothly from start to finish, and Samantha made what could have been a complicated situation feel very manageable. I really appreciated her professionalism and support, and I would absolutely recommend working with her and Equity Trust in general.

I recently opened a Self-Directed IRA with Equity Trust, and I was truly impressed with the support I received from LeeAnn Jimenez, the onboarding specialist. She was wonderful to work with and did an excellent job from the initial account opening through the funding process.
LeeAnn took the time to walk me through every step and consistently followed up to keep me informed. She even called me personally multiple times to provide updates on the progress. Her professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
She is doing a great job, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
