It was a pleasure working with Marvia King and her team at PMI Bear Creek. They were responsive, professional, and quick to resolve any issues that came up. They made sure the property was in great condition for my tenants, and my clients had a fantastic experience with them.
I highly recommend Marvia and her team to landlords looking for reliable property management and Realtors looking for a trusted property management partner.

The process of having a property rented can be really stressful, but having a good property management company really makes a difference. We compared several companies before chosing one and, PMI was the best in my opinion, not the cheapest, but the only who had everything we were looking for. Marvia and Carlyle are very professional. Communication is one of the strongest points they have. This is what we were looking for. They respond to my emails very fast and help me with anything I need. We have been working with them for about 1 year now, and the experience is very positive so far. They also helped us with the lease process and they found our tenants in one month or so. For me, having a property management company gives me peace of mind and relieves me from unnecessary stress. With PMI Bear Creek I feel we are in good hands.
