Nate Templeton is a maintenance worker for your company. I have to say he is the best worker you have by far. He is courteous, friendly, he definitely knows his profession! He works very hard, very disciplined and diligent. This man definitely deserves a raise! Please thank him for me for coming out on Father’s Day to replace the digital lock for the door as the old one had to be replaced because it was continuously beeping. Thanks again!

Called multiple times by multiple people while I was at work to pay my rent even though I'm still within my grace period. Very rude about it on the phone, told the lady I was at work and it wasn't a good time to talk and she just said "pay your rent" no common courtesy or understanding. This is the first month my landlord is using this company and they sound more like debt collectors instead of a management company. Really off to a bad start.

I started my real estate business 5 years ago and own 19 doors across both single and multi family. My first property manager was collecting a pay check and not truly taking care of my tenants. Their statements never reconciled at month end. It was frustrating. Then I met Alana and everything changed. Alana is a true partner. She provides top notch service for my tenants. If I text her at 6:00 AM she gets back to me in minutes. Statements reconcile every month down to the penny, and the quality of rehab work is both reasonably priced and high quality. She’s allowed me to scale my business. I truly feel like she’s a partner.

Alana and Nate were so amazing and understanding not very often you find a instant connection with property management but they made it so easy and comfortable. They took pride in showing the house and made sure everything was clean and up to date. I'm recommending them to all family and friends moving they were just all around amazing.

Alana was very helpful with her communication in better understanding the rental market in the area along with having comps to put our potential rental in the best place to have long term tenants. She was very resourceful and responsive overall!

Alana took me on as a client fairly recently. What I appreciate most with Alana is her attention to detail and her ability to care for properties like her own. We have just purchased a property and I ways delighted that she managed to have her crew clean up the property in preparation for renting out. She also identified a list of maintenance issues and nicely prioritized them from urgent to future improvements helping us stagger capital expenses, enabling us to put the property in rent-ready status while at the same time putting us in a position to enhance the property in the future in order to attract higher quality tenants. I definitely trust Alana and Real Property Management Blue Chip Valor.

Had such a great experience with property manager, Alana She helped get my sister a house to rent. She went beyond her job duties to help us. My whole family appreciate her so much. You can’t go wrong if you need help with a property this is the place to go. They’re loving care about you and it shows.

I have owned my properties and an accidental landlord for four years, since working with RPM Blue Chip Valor life has been so much easier. With two kids under 6-years old, two dogs, and a full time career, I barely have time to sleep! Alana has taken a huge burden off of my plate and made me feel secure, knowing my properties were in the best care in Cincinnati. She educated me on how to better protect myself on the personal side and on my properties. The communication lines are always open and the level of professionalism is top notch! If you are on the market for a property manager, here they are! Seriously, amazing!
