With a strong background in residential and commercial loan transactions, Jesse has personally closed over 2000 residential loans and managed an additional 4000 residential transactions, giving him a unique insight into the intricacies of property finance. His real estate investment experience spans over 15 years, during which he has bought and sold over $30 million in personal real estate, and managed $40 million in fix-and-flip and fix-and-hold projects for clients. In addition to his role at Property Management Inc, Jesse is the owner of Simple Home Loans Inc, Casa Simple Realty, and Simply Health & Life Insurance Company, which collectively form "The Simplified Companies." This one-stop solution provides clients with seamless access to real estate services, including property management, real estate brokerage, financing, and asset protection through life insurance. Jesse’s mission is to deliver full-spectrum real estate services to property owners, investors, and clients alike. I can’t express how happy I am with everyone there, from Javier to Roxy, Maggie and Yeilis. I have bought to houses and sold two houses with them, and they make everything smooth and stressless. I recommend them 100%.
