With a strong background in residential and commercial loan transactions, Jesse has personally closed over 2000 residential loans and managed an additional 4000 residential transactions, giving him a unique insight into the intricacies of property finance. His real estate investment experience spans over 15 years, during which he has bought and sold over $30 million in personal real estate, and managed $40 million in fix-and-flip and fix-and-hold projects for clients.
