His real estate investment experience spans over 15 years, during which he has bought and sold over $30 million in personal real estate, and managed $40 million in fix-and-flip and fix-and-hold projects for clients. In addition to his role at Property Management Inc, Jesse is the owner of Simple Home Loans Inc, Casa Simple Realty, and Simply Health & Life Insurance Company, which collectively form "The Simplified Companies." This one-stop solution provides clients with seamless access to real estate services, including property management, real estate brokerage, financing, and asset protection through life insurance. NOTE TO OWNER : I find it interesting that months later you decide to post a response regarding your staff employee Javier and his unprofessional conduct. In stating that privacy laws prevent you from further discussing details is simply garbage. You must realize as the owner of the company, Javier represents the "face of your business." His lack of professionalism should be of major concern, especially when you are dealing with timely and important deadlines where the highest level of professionalism is required. His conduct of disrespect and dishonesty, and in further hanging up on customers is troubling and should not be tolerated, even by you...

There is always "one bad apple in every bunch" and in this company that "bad apple" is Javier. He is quite rude and unprofessional. We had the unpleasant experience of having to deal with his lack of communication, misinformation and attitude issues. Nothing went well with this broker. I highly recommend avoiding this business if looking for a smooth and timely closing. Too much to detail here except to say "he dropped the ball" every step of the way...

We had a great experience working with Jose. From start to finish, he was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the entire process. They took the time to clearly explain each step and were always available to answer questions, which made what can often be a stressful process feel much smoother.

I’ve had a great experience working with broker Jose Gutierrez. He is knowledgeable, responsive, and consistently provides clear, honest guidance throughout the entire process. Communication has always been quick and transparent, and every question I had was handled with patience and expertise.
What stood out the most was his professionalism and ability to simplify complex steps, making the whole experience smooth and less stressful.

I had a fantastic experience working with Ana throughout the process of buying my home. She provided excellent customer service from start to finish and was always available whenever I had questions, no matter the time or day. Her professionalism, market knowledge, and genuine dedication made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciated her patience, responsiveness, and the way she made me feel supported every step of the way. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me with such an important milestone, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.
