She communicated well with us, and most importantly, was prompt in her replies to any inquiry or need we had. She was incredibly considerate of our time and space. We would definitely rent again any property she managed.

I moved into the apartments on SW. 19th Ave. about a month and a half ago. And from the day that I met Cari she has been rude unhelpful and seemed to be irritated by anything that I said just asking general questions. From the first day that I met her, she never mentioned anything about things not being allowed in the front of the apartments. I met with her at least three times and not once did she say You can’t put anything here. So I had been moving in and I was putting boxes outside because I was moving in and at one day she came to me and said well you know when are you gonna clean it up and I said you know like today or tomorrow I don’t remember what I said, but I did clean it up except for There were more boxes out there because I was continuing to move in and then that time she got angry with me and said that she had done anything out of the kindness of her heart about the situation, but she assumed that it was the same mess and it wasn’t I tried to tell her I had low energy levels and I’m not able to work for long periods of time and I just get totally tired and I can’t do anything, and I tried to explain that to her, but obviously she didn’t listen When the second time happened with her, she just told me that it needs to be cleaned up and she got angry and I told her I’d clean it up today and I did but later I texted her and just called her on the fact that it was a different mass And that she didn’t do anything kindly at least to me. She’s always been rude and harassing. She’s been a bully as matter fact. And I asked her why didn’t she tell me this when I first moved in or the second or the third time that I met with you? You only told me that everything had to be removed when you were angry, and she did not reply to that she did not say a word about anything . looking around at other apartments it became obvious to me that she had singled me out and at some point, she wrote me a notice saying that if I didn’t remove all these things that it would be removed at my expense, except lots of people had stuff in the front area of front porch, whatever. So today I come out of my apartment and everything‘s gone. The barbecues ,the chair, my granddaughter’s toy, all the barbecue charcoal things of that nature. She told me that I could not bring the barbecue in the apt so I left them outside and those were taking too. She never told me that weren’t allowed. What am I supposed to do with them? She never said.anything. Half of this place is empty and I would imagine it’s because of her. The biggest mistake I made is moving here and I’m stuck here for a year and then I’m gonna run . If you’re thinking about moving here, don’t Cari is very rude, unprofessional and a vindictive bully Good luck with your BS, you have never answered one question regarding why when you specifically told about not being able to put anything under the stairs that you never mentioned you could not put anything in front of the apt. As matter of fact you have never answered one question about anything.You are pretty good at putting up the front that you are a helpful, nice and caring person.i have read your website and i don't the it accurately depicts you. I told you i have limited physical abilities that prevent me from clean up the front sooner, but you did not care you kept referring back to the lease but that is only legal if you have all of the tenets doing the same thing and that was not the case every apt had and still has things that are not allowed, but all of my things are gone and you stole my 2 years granddaughter little push and go toy while she was taking nap. You told me bbqs were allowed and my last communication with you about this was you did not know what you were going to do about it. then stole them. you said they were not allow in the house. the bbqs were not part of your tirade and personal assault on me. because you said they were allowed and they could not be in the apt. Where was i suppose to put them? You change your story to suit you. I don't know what your problem is and I don't care. Watch out folks!

Cari was the single worst landlord I’ve ever had. Rude, inconsiderate, unhelpful, and unkind, Carey consistently provided the worst service imaginable. Despite paying 2250 a month for rent, I had a hole in my ceiling leak rainwater for 6 months, I lost heat in winter on two separate occasions for 2 months, and 1 month respectively. When a shared outdoor space became moldy and dangerously slippery, Carey suggested I clean it myself. When homeless people were sleeping in the entrance to the building, Carey asked “what do you want me to do about it.” As a tenant, she was profoundly awful, and her tenure as a property manager lasted less than a year before the property owner fired her. Be extremely wary of working with Cari.

after sighting a lease and paying a deposit with pure property management for a different property who kept games and 2800 down out of my account, my hopes were gone on finding a place. I ended up displaced with 3 little ones and when I contacted cari with peace by lease , she moved swiftly as though it was her problem also. She got me approved and moved in basically 3 days. So glad I found a dedicated manager who actually cares and got things done right and with a swiftness! Cari is someone you can trust!!!

I found my dream rental home and have had an excellent experience applying for and working with Cari. The process was seamless, painless, and quick. Cari has followed up on everything I asked of her and made sure that my move in was the least stressful as possible. She did a thorough walk through and checklist with me and was so detailed that I feel well protected and encouraged that they fully intend to return my deposit to me. Communication is fast and easy and setting up my tenant portal was easy peasy lemon squeezy. I feel well taken care of and lucky to have come across Peace by Lease and this property. Highly recommend for the clear level of expertise Cari possesses and her process for making renting as efficient and straightforward as I’ve ever seen.
