I was a tenant with Krieger for over 5 years and they provided exceptional service while I was with them. They were always communicative about any potential issues with the building allowing me ample time to plan ahead and always resolved those issues well within anticipated timelines. Rachel was a great point of contact she would always respond to things timely and with great detail. Joel was always great with getting documents (lease renewals) over to me with plenty of time to test the market and was always very supportive. Ramon was by far the best super I've had in my time in the city, he was always a joy to work with whenever issues arose and always left me with tips on how to avoid issues going forward. The team made living in the unit very easy and was very happy to be a tenant with them. Could not recommend them enough!

Ramon, the super, is FANTASTIC. He promptly fixed all of the issues in my apartment and did a great job repainting the space!

Highly recommended property management and real estate brokerage. I've known the owner for a number of years, and he's diligent, trustworthy, and extremely knowledgable about NYC property management, sales, and rentals. The Krieger team gets it done right.
