Jack was incredible to work with from start to finish. Buying a property out of state came with a lot of moving parts, and he made the entire process feel much more manageable. He was always responsive, honest, patient, and willing to go the extra mile whenever something came up.
What I appreciated most was that I never felt like I was just another transaction. Jack genuinely cared about helping me make the right decision and getting the deal across the finish line. He was a huge part of making this purchase happen, and I’m extremely grateful for all the time, effort, and communication he put in along the way.
I’d absolutely recommend Jack to anyone looking to buy or invest in Ohio real estate.

As an out-of-state, first-time investor, I closed on two properties in Cleveland with Pete, and it was a pleasure from start to finish. Buying remotely in a market you don’t know is intimidating, but Pete took care of everything in a timely fashion and was always responsive—calls, texts, and emails answered fast, so I never felt out of the loop despite being states away. His knowledge of the Cleveland market was invaluable for a beginner like me; he pointed me toward the right neighborhoods and steered me clear of deals that didn’t make sense. On top of that, he negotiated well on my behalf to get me a better deal. If you’re an investor, especially one buying from out of state, you can trust Pete to get it done. I would definitely recommend Pete!

Pete was very professional and responsive. He helped me find a great duplex and connected me with local service providers to start work on repairs. He also recommended a great lender that helped me qualify for local programs that got me a better mortgage rate. I would highly recommend working with him.
