Their expertise, responsiveness, and clear communication gave me total peace of mind from start to finish. They patiently walked me through every step, answered all my questions, and worked hard to secure the best deal possible. I truly felt like I was in the hands of people who cared. Very good broker to find you lending solutions for investing, and creative finance situations. Emmanuel discussed my unique situation and explained different options for buying or refinancing with DSCR loans, and which lenders required less seasoning after purchasing, and what LTV percent they offered. He was involved through the whole process to answer questions and keep me updated on what progress had been made. This was the first time I had used an out of state lender, and it went just as smoothly as any local lender experience I've had.

I don't typically leave reviews, but my experience with the Blakemore Mortgages team was that extraordinary that I had to leave five stars. Whether it was the deals execution, the terms or Emmanuel's expertise, I was astounded by experience. There was always consistent communication and clear feedback on my deal. Looking forward to working with them again.

The team of Emmanuel the lenders, Lauren and Robyn the realtors are an awesome team. Robyn, she is fantastic, phenomenal job.
I am a first time home buyer and if I did not have her, I would have been lost. She is extremely knowledgeable and knows her job. Thank you sooo much Robyn!!!!

My experience was fantastic! I stated working with Emmanuel in September of 2023. I had already sold my home and looking to purchase another. Breaking both wrist didn’t help. Emmanuel went above and beyond to work with me and explain everything he was doing to get me into a new home. Emmanuel was reassuring me the entire time I thought it wasn’t going to happen. After his hard work… it paid off. I know am a new home owner. Was a great experience to have worked with Emmanuel. I recommend him for your next home. Thank you !!!
