Highly recommend! Form start to finish the loan process was transparent and the option were clearly explained. I opted for a Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) loan which Emmanuel, Maria, and Lisa made easy to comprehend. The whole team was very communicative throughout the whole process. They will be my first contact for any future mortgage needs I may have.

Very good broker to find you lending solutions for investing, and creative finance situations. Emmanuel discussed my unique situation and explained different options for buying or refinancing with DSCR loans, and which lenders required less seasoning after purchasing, and what LTV percent they offered. He was involved through the whole process to answer questions and keep me updated on what progress had been made. This was the first time I had used an out of state lender, and it went just as smoothly as any local lender experience I've had.

My experience was fantastic! I stated working with Emmanuel in September of 2023. I had already sold my home and looking to purchase another. Breaking both wrist didn’t help. Emmanuel went above and beyond to work with me and explain everything he was doing to get me into a new home. Emmanuel was reassuring me the entire time I thought it wasn’t going to happen. After his hard work… it paid off. I know am a new home owner. Was a great experience to have worked with Emmanuel. I recommend him for your next home. Thank you !!!
