He really must have expanded because last year I had some random guy telling me he was my CPA now and I had a tax planning sessions with him that was completely pointless. The only advice he gave me was to cost seg a property that ended up at the very least breaking even after the cost of the survey. Then the cost seg required an accounting change that they then tried to charge me for. This year I had a new guy again (assuming the last guy got fired?) named Barry and he was completely unresponsive and not helpful whatsoever. My return is late even though I uploaded everything I thought they needed months ago. If there was something more they needed from me I should have been called. Horrible communication and very disappointed in the service I received the last two years.
