Shawn engaged with my renters and addressed the backlog of fixes my previous company had been failing at. He worked with builders to get quotes to replace 2 decks - that were under half to 1/3 what my previous company received for the same repairs. He executed those repairs quickly and without issue. He has great contacts and relationships with people who can get the work done. My tenants turned over a few times and I was always well informed, engaged, and advised on the process. It was always quick turn-around. Having worked with property management companies for 25 years - my experience with Shawn has been outstanding. And they have the modern portal to look at finances that made this much easier. The company I left is a highly rated local prop mgmt company. Their systems were antiquated (email only) and their service was terrible for 2 years before I had to fire them. Shawn gave me faith in prop mgmt again.
