We used Shawn at RPM Reliance for getting set up and tenants in at our rental in Newburyport (now we are managing it on our own). The process went very smoothly, and he got us great tenants in as soon as could be reasonably expected. Good communication, very efficient and easy to work with. Definitely recommended.

I Wanted to give a big shout out to Shawn! Here in Beverly Cove Massachusetts. We’ve received the most snow since 2015. Over four feet of snow the past couple weeks. The stove removal itself was exceptional, but on top of that, Shawn was very proactive in getting the snow and ice off the roof to prevent ice dams. This is in addition to all other aspects of what he has done. We are in our second month of a two-year rental we could not be happier.

Shawn has been awesome! He is very professional and super responsive whenever I have a question. He and his team found tenants very quickly and helped me get setup on their online portal so everything is automatic. Definitely recommend to other people looking for Property Management.
