Major thank you to TPG and especially Carlos V, who has brought so much calm to the chaos of moving. He was quick and thorough in answering my many questions, over-communicated action items and outlined every process so it felt easier to navigate. Because of his outstanding service and knowledge, I truly felt like I was getting “white glove” service throughout the entire moving process.

I’ve had a great experience with TPG Management. The team is professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and communication has always been clear and respectful. They do a good job of managing the property and addressing concerns when they come up. I’m very satisfied with the maintenance service. Spoke with Kimberley , the team was professional, prompt, and efficient in handling the issue. They communicated clearly, completed the work quickly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Excellent job — highly recommended!

TPG has recently started managing the property i live in. My interactions with everyone in their staff has been pleasant and i usually get a response within a day. Fernanda, Julian and Kimberley have gone the extra mile with all my requests. The app is user friendly and you can split your rent payment in two cards which is great. Would recommend☺️🥰

I rent from TPG and they been good to me. Any time I had a maintenance issue it got fixed quick, sometimes the same day. The staff is nice and actually respond to emails, Only thing is sometimes scheduling repairs can take a day or two but overall I’m happy here.
