As an experienced agent, broker and team lead, I have sold more than 170 homes and have experience with everything from small fix and flips, luxury renovations, long term rentals and am expanding my work in the MTR and STR spaces. As a certified professional home stager with IAHSP, I bring complimentary design and decor expertise to the table as a huge value-add to the services that I offer. I am a member of 3 MLS's: Triad, Triangle and Cape Fear Regional, but also have experience in finding and working with off-market properties. My goal is to help investors find the right opportunities for their individual needs and goals, while also growing my own diverse real estate portfolio.

Cristine is no doubt the best realtor my husband and I have ever worked with.
I have known Cristine since her work with Special Olympics and we reconnected when I saw a Cristine Allison “Sold In One Week” yard sign in our neighborhood.
Since that time, Cristine has assisted us in selling and buying a new house, helped our son buy his first house, and also helped my sister and her husband sell their house.
Cristine is an extremely dedicated professional and very knowledgeable of the local real estate market.
She is a great communicator and always provided outstanding guidance and advice.
Throughout the process Cristine was very caring, responsive, and reliable.
