My experience with Basit has been horrible. We did a successful return last year in September and this year all requested documents were submitted by March 14th. He asked for a few days. I reached out on 3/31 and he apologized on 4/2 and promised to have the return finished in 48 hours. Again no response till 4/8 despite 2 follow ups, where he asked for 2 more hours to finish. It is now 4/11 and I have not received any feedback nor direction as to if he plans to finish the return, nor guidance to make make IRA contributions in time. Extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend working with him.
