I'm a new tenant and had a move in date of July 1st and upon my move in day my house was still boarded up and with no AC installation as I was informed would be completed. Water was not turned on until today of July 6th and which I'm still waiting for my AC window units to be installed. I've left emails for documentation compliance but all in all I'm very disappointed with this experience.

0 stars would be a better fit for this company. I was a tenant with this company along with my sister. We rented this house and thought that it would be a better experience than it was, there was an incident where our house was broken into on multiple occasions and we found out that it was due to the maintenance not doing a full walk through of our house before moving in, the windows were easy accessible from the outside, so that made it easy for the intruders to break in. As we lived in the house we begin to notice more and more problems within the home such as our tub peeling, our first bedroom door was missing and the back door of the house wouldn’t open, we continuously requested maintenance and they would push our date back further and further. When we finally decided to break the lease, the company decided to charge us way more than we originally purchased. They showed no remorse or no interest of caring. I would never rent from this company again and you shouldn’t either!

NEVER AGAIN!
I had been a client with Renshaw for about a decade. Ever since the change in management, their customer service quality has declined.
Recently, I chose not to renew my tenant's lease since I was going to occupy the home. First, they didn't follow through with ensuring the tenant received the move-out letter and would vacate the property. Then, they allowed her to stay an additional month and 8 days, which delayed my ability to move in. Lastly, they didn't share with me the outcome from the walk through and I arrived to find my home in complete disarray. I also had to break into my own home because they didn't leave the keys for me in the lockbox. Rather than provide a solution or take accountability, I was met with excuses from Taylor and Melissa any time I brought up the lapse in oversight and was told what Renshaw was NOT going to do. As long as I had been a client, and the fact Renshaw was paid to manage my property, I expected better. Clearly Renshaw's core values of Accountability and Problem Solving are not adhered to.
Also, prior to this last tenant, they failed to properly monitor my home when it was vacant, and a squatter moved in.
I'm so glad my referral has not proceeded to be a client of Renshaw's to manage their property.

I wish It was possible to leave zero Stars because this company is the absolute worst.
First of all Grace is not a good representative for this company she should be fired. ASAP...
She can't seem to hold her composure so she tends to have to hang the phone up in people's faces.
It shouldn't matter what the problem is apparently there is a problem or I wouldn't be calling ok "Grace".........
My ceiling/walls are literally coming apart.
Everytime I calls Renshaw no one knows anything about what's going on or people like Grace answers the phone and give you all kinds of attitude like she's gotta come out and fix on something and
The ones that does know a little something still don't really know much of nothing so you see Renshaw is messed up all the way around.
I'm Really thinking about Not Renewing my lease again after this year because they are showing me a part of them that I really dislike.
This company is just to unorganized and complicated.
Don't Waste your time with Renshaw I should have followed my first mind...

I have been working with Renshaw management company in Memphis since 2018. From an owners’ point of view, their service has been consistently excellent — they are always prompt and professional. Even when there were hiccups, they have always responded well and fairly to our complaints. Their team makes the process seamless and stress-free, and importantly, they are a responsible company. I highly recommend their services to any property owner seeking reliable and top-notch management.

I had a great experience with Truimph Construction with replacing the thermostat. The two guys who came, both were polite and considerate of our home and were here on time. They made sure to answer any questions I had and walk me through the work they did. They made sure to check the vents throughout the house to be sure everything was working properly. I'm satisfied with the work they did and glad they replace the thermostat with an updated one. Thank you Renshaw for responding quickly with such short notice.

I just love how Renshaw keep sending me a messages saying, they are glad I had a 5 star meld) never once did they actually ask.
No, it was not good. After taking literally a month to fix my floor under the bathroom. They managed to crush or puncture the gas line and almost blew the house up after it had been leaking 2 weeks in the crawl space underneath. Thank goodness , there are vents letting some of it get out. We were very lucky, none of it was leaking into the house it was all underneath, Otherwise Mlgw said flipping on a light switch could have ignited it....All to save money... a handyman was used instead of a licensed contractor. Mlgw man that came out to turn it off, Said it was Highly unlikely that they did not know they did it right after it happened. As it was a very large leak , he could tell from the pressure on the meter. However, the men who came to fix the gas line were licensed. Because I made sure before I let them start the repair. And they were actually very very good. They found five leaks to in total and fixed it all. We just froze to death 3 days with it getting down to twenty eight degrees at night.

Where do I begin. Been in this residence for over 4 yrs. Owner kept lying along with Renshaw about coming to update and fix things. Had to buy multiple fans in the summer and heaters in the winter. The A/C upstairs never worked properly and the heater never allowed the room to heat no higher than 74 in the winter. Place never came and fixed the constant leaks and breaks from gutters (leaking inside my windows and doors) nor ceiling in which the roof was near collapsed. Think long and hard before committing to this company. I wouldn’t again.
