No one showed up to fix my maintenance request and I have been waiting for it since 10-30-25 with no one to resolve it. This is unacceptable

I moved in on the 1st of October. I have submitted an inspection report with several items that need to be addressed. Overall experience is so far pleasant. Joseph has been so helpful with taking care of concerns that need immediate attention .

Very awesome experience I had a lot of great neighbors. The neighborhood is great very quiet clean whenever I needed help the landlord and services were always available for my needs. I Would highly recommend to anybody looking for an affordable, comfy living space to live here. Thank you

Great apartment with lovely neighbors. Every maintenance requests is promptly followed with an effective solution. But I cannot give 5 stars because there are some mandatory fees with the rent that I cannot elect not to pay for. But that is still fine. The only big issue we have is the uncontrollable roaches.
This roach problem is never ending. We called pest control, and they worked on it/sprayed our apartment twice. There are still however many roaches that crawl back up even though we are trying our level best to keep our kitchen and surrounding areas neat and clean every day. Maybe they have a permanent hive nest set on some drain that needs to be inspected.
Other than that, no complaints! Loving it here.

My experience with this company has been great. From the very beginning the apartment manager Joseph answered all my questions and concerns and the move in process went smoothly. My work orders always get taken care in a timely manner and Joseph keeps me updated on the work order status.

I feel well cared for as a tenant. The property is always kept clean and well maintained.Adrian and Joseph are attentive and always ready to assist for anything I may need. They are very professional and reliable. My experience living here has been very pleasant!

One never forgets the transaction when buying there first home,my experience was excellent with Mr Flores from Rental Success . The deal was smooth and with no stress, Mr Flores with all his years of experience helped me with a very sweet deal, I really like my new house, duplex to be exact. I would recommend his service to anyone who is interested in buying a home. By the time that I moved into my place, I already had a tenant in place,for the other side of the duplex. They are very succefull when dealing with tenants and rentals specialists.
