I lived in these apartments in El Paso TX for almost two years and the first and second years couldn’t be more different. When I first moved in and had maintenance requests, they were responsive and issues were typically resolved within a few days. 8 days before I was supposed to move out, on Thursday 07.23.2026, my air conditioner stopped working. I submitted a maintenance request but they didn’t even come out to look at it until the following Monday. I was advised that a new motor was needed for the unit but that it had to be ordered and that it wouldn’t arrive until after my move out date. The property manager Joseph Hernandez offered no alternative solutions and just basically said “these things happen”. It’s the middle of summer in Texas and the heat climbed over 85 degrees inside the apartment. My elderly mother lived with me and she had to spend over $500 to rent a portable AC unit for 2 days so that we wouldn’t die from heat exhaustion while moving out. This was an extremely frustrating experience to end my tenure with these apartments and is borderline criminally negligent to do that to tenants in the dead of summer heat. I will never be living here again and will do everything in my power to dissuade somebody from doing so if they ever want to consider moving into these apartments.

The experience from rental success is outstanding . Providing great communication, no struggle changing name on utilities, if maintenance needs to be done right away you can manage online or call even on weekend. Very polite maintenance crew and management along with the person showing the property. This is a great company to rent for. Thank you !

I moved in on the 1st of October. I have submitted an inspection report with several items that need to be addressed. Overall experience is so far pleasant. Joseph has been so helpful with taking care of concerns that need immediate attention .

Very awesome experience I had a lot of great neighbors. The neighborhood is great very quiet clean whenever I needed help the landlord and services were always available for my needs. I Would highly recommend to anybody looking for an affordable, comfy living space to live here. Thank you

Great apartment with lovely neighbors. Every maintenance requests is promptly followed with an effective solution. But I cannot give 5 stars because there are some mandatory fees with the rent that I cannot elect not to pay for. But that is still fine. The only big issue we have is the uncontrollable roaches. This roach problem is never ending. We called pest control, and they worked on it/sprayed our apartment twice. There are still however many roaches that crawl back up even though we are trying our level best to keep our kitchen and surrounding areas neat and clean every day. Maybe they have a permanent hive nest set on some drain that needs to be inspected. Other than that, no complaints! Loving it here.
