Had a great experience with Jamie from KRS Holdings. Very professional and responsive. My family and I just moved from Savannah, GA and he made the process incredibly easy for us. Would 100% recommend this organization to anybody looking for a home. Even if you aren’t yet local.

Jamie was awesome! From the very beginning, he was very communicative and even sent us a video tour of the house so we could see it firsthand. He met us a couple days later to give us an in person tour of the place and we loved it. He answered all of our questions and was very fast to respond to all of our questions. We’re very happy with the experience. Thanks!

I read reviews and chose KRS based on many positive comments. I was so impressed by how professional, capable and kind everyone has been. My condo rented out quickly and the communication has been great. I live across the country and I feel very comfortable. Kara answered my many questions and Jaime has been very clear regarding anything my condo needs to prepare it for the best possible outcome. They really know what they’re doing!

Adrian was very helpful!!! He was very nice and explained what happened to my air conditioner! He kept me updated throughout the entire process and he works very fast! He was amazing throughout the process of getting my AC fixed. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!

We have had a very positive experience with KRS holdings! The team has been extremely professional, responsive, and quick to address any questions or concerns. They go above and beyond to make sure a residents needs are taken care of.
A special thank you to James, who is very kind, personable, and easy to work with. He responded quickly, and went out of his way to assist with an issue and genuinely seems to care about helping residencys! We truly appreciate the level of service and professionalism we’ve experienced!!! I would highly recommend this company and its employees.
