We’ve had a great experience with KRS Holdings. Their team has been professional, responsive, and easy to work with. I especially want to thank James and Valeria, who helped us a lot throughout the entire process and were always available when we needed assistance. Had a great experience with Jamie from KRS Holdings. Very professional and responsive. My family and I just moved from Savannah, GA and he made the process incredibly easy for us. Would 100% recommend this organization to anybody looking for a home. Even if you aren’t yet local.

Jamie was awesome! From the very beginning, he was very communicative and even sent us a video tour of the house so we could see it firsthand. He met us a couple days later to give us an in person tour of the place and we loved it. He answered all of our questions and was very fast to respond to all of our questions. We’re very happy with the experience. Thanks!

This 5 star review is for James specifically, not KRS as a whole. When we moved in, our dishwasher leaked all over the kitchen floor the first time we used it (bummer, major oversight). However, KRS was prompt to send out a technician named James who was very kind and made me feel comfortable having a stranger in my home. Shout out to James.

I read reviews and chose KRS based on many positive comments. I was so impressed by how professional, capable and kind everyone has been. My condo rented out quickly and the communication has been great. I live across the country and I feel very comfortable. Kara answered my many questions and Jaime has been very clear regarding anything my condo needs to prepare it for the best possible outcome. They really know what they’re doing!

Adrian was very helpful!!! He was very nice and explained what happened to my air conditioner! He kept me updated throughout the entire process and he works very fast! He was amazing throughout the process of getting my AC fixed. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!

We love our historical apartment! My favorite part of it is the fireplace cover. Yesterday we heard some rustling in the fire place and a bird had flown down the chimney and got trapped inside. We called maintenance and got an appointment right away. Adrian came and helped us free the bird. He was so polite and helpful. Thank you, Adrian!!!
