Maybe don't let them redo entire homes for sale. Bought my house from them and the paint and landscaping is so bad we're hiring people to come in and rip out all the landscaping and sand the walls and baseboards/wood to redo the paint. Seriously got the "landlord special" on the paint it has so many crusty pieces in it and I can see tracks from brushes and roller marks. Sloppy paint job on the mouldings as well. And they left tonnes of paint for me to dispose of. Not just some for touch ups but like 2 five gallon buckets and 12 or more assorted gallons in my laundry room. Landscaping was I guess told to cut all decorative shrubs and trees down to stumps, cover it all (plants, stumps, and rocks included) with weed barrier and then dump like 8-10 inches of mulch on top of it all but don't actually kill any of the weeds so that's the only thing thriving now and I couldn't dig through all the stuff on top and a layer of dead plants and weed barrier to plant anything else. Very messy. The wood floor is at 2 different angles as well? Lots of wasp nests hidden around and 2 big ones in the mailbox.

Hopefully this review gets better... My official move-in date was the 30th of December 2025.... I've had some good instances with this company but after the deposit the first month a pet deposit somehow my initial first rent payment was deferred and canceled and I've already had to pay a $35 fee.... Every time you make a payment through their portal you're either charged a percentage fee or a flat $3 fee so fees fees fees fees fees Hopefully this review will change I hope it doesn't get worse. As of today Wednesday January 7th 2026 I will update this in a couple months hopefully my issues maintenance requests are resolved some of the voices on the phone are kind and friendly some of them are rather short and rude so...

I've been with Complete Landlord Solutions for almost 2 years now, and the initial move in process was so easy! All of the people in the office have been so helpful anytime I've had questions. Anytime I've had to put in a maintenance request, they were quick to come help and very nice.

Long term renter here. We have been in our home almost 12 years now. Anytime we have had issues, someone was right there to fix the problem. They just replaced our roof this spring. I am very thankful to have a company like them in town who actually care about their tenants.These things have been few and far between. Alicia has been wonderful and always has a line of communication open. I would definitely recommend CLS. Our experience has been very positive thus far.

CLS continues to deliver great service for my family and I. I didn't believe that renting through a property management company would be an easy seamless process. However, CLS has made it very simple. I would recommend CLS as very easy to work with and generally handles needs with a sense of urgency. As a very busy individual, CLS is very understanding of my schedule and my needs as a tenant. The staff has always been and continues to be, helpful, proactive, and courteous. If we ever have any issues all we need to do is either call Complete Landlord Solutions, or they make it even easier by going on their website and submitting an issue. They've always got back with us with in 24 hours if that. I highly recommend this company to anyone indeed of a place to live. The really do go above and beyond to help your needs and wants. There also willing to negotiate if need be. The best place my family has lived.
