Maybe don't let them redo entire homes for sale. Bought my house from them and the paint and landscaping is so bad we're hiring people to come in and rip out all the landscaping and sand the walls and baseboards/wood to redo the paint. Seriously got the "landlord special" on the paint it has so many crusty pieces in it and I can see tracks from brushes and roller marks. Sloppy paint job on the mouldings as well. And they left tonnes of paint for me to dispose of which we did talk about but it was not just some for touch ups but like 2 five gallon buckets and 12 or more assorted gallons in my laundry room. Landscaping was I guess told to cut all decorative shrubs and trees down to stumps, cover it all (plants, stumps, and rocks included) with weed barrier and then dump like 8-10 inches of mulch on top of it all but don't actually kill any of the weeds so that's the only thing thriving now and I couldn't dig through all the stuff on top and a layer of dead plants and weed barrier to plant anything else. I attached a picture of all the weeds that were underneath the weed barrier when we finally got down to it under all of the mulch. Very messy. The wood floor is at 2 different angles as well. I contacted the original layer of the floor to see if we could somehow fix it and it was so expensive I decided to just go with somebody else. The floor was laid at an angle in two different rooms which is fine except for the fact that the angle of the floor was different in the study versus the dining room so they would never be able to be run to touch each other because they wouldn't meet up at the same angle. You can see in the photo. I agree the wasps are not their fault. Also, the door hinges on almost all of the doors prevent them from closing without hitting each other or the frame. I have attached photos. The plumbing you can see under the sink where they cut out sections of the cabinets to make the big sink fit. Also, the piping runs towards the sink instead of away from it so it doesn't drain properly. And under the bathroom sink a big hole is cut for pipes with the original wall still there? This is not even mentioning some bigger issues we have with the house. The more we look, the more we find. And it seems like a lot of this was DIY.

We have lived at our place for almost 5 years now. It's peaceful and quiet. If we ever have any issues all we need to do is either call Complete Landlord Solutions, or they make it even easier by going on their website and submitting an issue. They've always got back with us with in 24 hours if that. I highly recommend this company to anyone indeed of a place to live. The really do go above and beyond to help your needs and wants. There also willing to negotiate if need be. The best place my family has lived.

We are happy to have a person like her managing this property. The office staff are also very kind and pleasant to speak with as well.
