I rented residence in whiteland Indiana from bullitt properties. From the very beginning there was issues as to the condition of the condo the marks on the walls the mold in the laundry room behind the where the washer goes in the corner the sink faucet in the kitchen handle never pull out hardly the sink in the laundry room missing the button there were bugs in the refrigerator the refrigerator looked Crystal clean but you opened it up and it smelled ungodly I had talked to them about that plus the bugs in the master bathroom not to mention all the marks on the walls all the cobwebs on the ceilings in the corners of the the bedrooms and after I run around with the refrigerator and explaining to them about the paint job that they said was just done that was not just done because all the marks are unbelievable they're still there today if I could get into my old phone or knew how I could pull up all the pictures it's about 40 pictures they said it was my responsibility to get all that stuff turned into them they should not have running the place was like that I hired someone to look at the place and when I talk to them about it they act like that was all my fault bad eyes to the felt something out with apartments.com and they never did come back and fix any of it Then I had a hardship work got very slow and I needed some help and I went to them prior and talked to them and they had no consideration or nothing and I get it that people got to make a living you don't continually pile on $100 late fees on somebody that's trying to pay the rent I had to have my employer pay the rent for me to help me out until I could get out of the hole I was in not only that each time I paid they charged me for using the card I think it was 30 or 40 some bucks I was in a very serious car accident and what's my back was broke three times my ribs broke nine times and four of them broken twice my sternum was smashed my shoulder shifted and my collarbone broke call them and let them know that I was in the hospital I just woke up from a coma and they said I don't remember exactly what they said but I was under the impression that if I did not agree to pay two extra months because they couldn't rent a place out that they were going to sue me tell my lease was up this was the end of April which meant I would have been sued for 6 more months at 1500 a month probably plus late fees they said to they would keep my deposit for early moving out and charge me two more months because they will have to get it ready to clean and we rent I told him I would try to pay once insurance or something got me the money because I can no longer work due to my injury I try once again to get them to work with me instead they said I signed a contract and I owe for two more months that they already rented the place out I tried to talk to them all they say is you sign the contract contract you signed the contract I signed the contract because I thought I would be sued for a whole 6 months because they couldn't rent the place out I was led to believe that I was screwing them out of money because I moved and because I moved they can't bring it or something but they rent it out immediately and when I call them just tell me you sign the contract I gave him the address to where I'm at to send me an email they did me very wrong and then at one time they even send me the homeowners bill with a late fee on it and tried to include that on my rent to the through the app

Mattie and Shelby are not truthful and are only out to twist things around for their good and make up rules as they go along. I would not recommend doing business with this company. Scammers!! Where in my lease does it say you can charge $50 return fee when you are overpaid?
