We offer full service property management services to the southern part of the Indiana market primarily focusing on the Columbus, Hope, Edinburgh, and Seymour areas. We have been in business for four years and currently manage over 250 doors. We are licensed real estate agents in the state of Indiana so we help many investors in the state close deals are grow their portfolios while managing it throughout the process.

I have been renting from Bullet Property management for over a year now and my experience with them have been great! Anytime there is an issue they are there to resolve it and the people they have working for them are always kind and courteous. A few days after I moved in, a car ran into the house I’m renting and right away they were there to fix the damage and made the best out of the crazy situation that had occurred. If you are looking for a rental company, I would choose them every single time!

I’ve had an outstanding experience with this property management group. From the very beginning, their team was professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to providing excellent service. Any questions or maintenance request are handled quickly and efficiently and communication was always clear and courteous. They take great care of their properties and make the entire rental experience stress-free. It’s refreshing to work with a management company that truly values it’s residents and goes above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy property management team.

So far we have been living in our home for about 3 months and we couldn’t be happier, the property is nice and well maintained. The neighborhood and people are great and feel safe. Renting here was one of the best decisions we have made!

Bullet Property Management has been amazing! We moved from California to Indiana in 2025. Bullet was able to provide a super quick and easy application/approval process. They are always quick to resolve a maintenance issue. We recommend them a million times over. I am always sure to tag them when someone is looking for a rental. Thanks Bullet!!

Bullet Property Management has been great to work with! They are responsive, caring, and truly attentive to their tenants.
Within our second month of living in our home, we experienced a bad storm late one night, and a large branch from a huge tree behind our house came through our roof. I was understandably frantic, but I was able to reach someone after hours, and we quickly got a plan in place to address the damage and begin repairs.
Since then, they have fully removed the large tree behind our home, which has given us so much peace of mind knowing we no longer have to worry about that happening again.
Anytime we have a maintenance issue, they respond in a timely manner and work to get things fixed promptly. We truly appreciate how responsive and caring they have been, especially when unexpected situations arise. We highly recommend Bullet Property Management to anyone looking to rent!
