We offer full service property management services to the southern part of the Indiana market primarily focusing on the Columbus, Hope, Edinburgh, and Seymour areas. We have been in business for four years and currently manage over 250 doors. We are licensed real estate agents in the state of Indiana so we help many investors in the state close deals are grow their portfolios while managing it throughout the process.

Had a smooth experience for renting the property. Worked with Nick and the team is really proactive by reaching out and giving crisp feedback. It took a while to get the lease finalized but the team stayed on top of the process.

I contracted with Bullet Property Management a few months back and my experience has been very positive. As a first time land lord, there were many unknowns. Nick and his team did a fantastic job of guiding me through the process and helping with key decisions. They are very professional, providing transparent and clear communication at every step. They secured new tenants quickly and handled the transition smoothly. I would highly recommend their property management services.

They have been nothing but attentive on anything we have needed. I rented a slightly older home and we had a few issues right off the bat but Shelby and the team have been right on the service requests and they are usually completed within 24-48 hours some being the same day. I was in need of a place quickly as I was moving to Indiana from a distance away. During our tour Shelby knew of the situation and was showing us places that would be available during my timeframe to ensure we seen as many homes as possible. Very friendly individuals and highly recommended them.

I have been using Bulletproof Property Management for about a year for managing an out of state property. It has been seamless so far! There have been a couple issues including with my air conditioner and water heater, but they have been prompt and provided solutions in taking care of everything for me.

I have worked mostly with Matt on a property I'm leasing from Bullet, he's been phenomenal to work with and has timely responses. From the initial inquiry, to the showing, executing the lease agreement, and answering questions upon move-in they have been beyond helpful, transparent, and resourceful. Many people dread renting, but Bullet makes it a breeze and a no-brainer!

Bullet Properties is by far the best companies we’ve rented from. Everyone we speak to is extremely professional and very prompt in dealing with any needs we have. Communication is great, they are great to us and the property is everything we could have hoped for at very fair pricing. I highly recommend Bullet Properties to anyone looking to rent, have never had a negative experience!
