Greetings! RPMN is a really good quality company. Kayla, Becca, Charles and Matt are very professional, helpful, and friendly. I love their quick responses and openness whenever I reach out to them. They really rolled out the red carpet for me and my family during our move-in and I am happy that I can contribute to their business. RPMN ROCKS!!!

We chose the wife and husband team, Becca and Matt, for their proactive, results-driven approach to property management. They secured a tenant for our property in just 45 days.
Our communication is fast, and they take complete ownership of every issue.
Having Becca & Matt managing our property gives us total confidence and peace of mind, as we travel. Highly recommend them.

On the positive side RPM was accommodating and quick to respond to my requests to view the property and during my negotiations with the property owner.
On the negative side the sprung a $150 admin fee on me without previously disclosing it and also waited until the last minute to advise as to a pet fee and additional monthly charge for pets. Additionally they charge (and disclosed it up front) $45/mo for a "Resident Benefits Package" which offers no value.

Real Property Management NorthStar has been amazing! From helping out with whatever we needed when we got moved into our home, to just being overall friendly people to communicate with. 10/10 haven’t had a better experience anywhere else. They’re the best!

We had an excellent experience with Real Estate property management company [Becca & Matt]. After struggling for several months with a previous management company who were unable to secure us a tenant, we were amazed at how quickly this team got results.
They were proactive, communicative, and clearly knowledgeable about the market.
Thanks to their efforts, our home was rented out in less than two months. We’re incredibly grateful for their professionalism and efficiency, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable property management.
