RPM Northstar is truly an outstanding property management company. Their homes are consistently well-maintained and exceptionally clean, which makes our job as a vendor much smoother. It’s clear they genuinely care about both their tenants and homeowners—something you don’t always see in this industry. They operate at a higher standard and are a different breed of PM altogether. Greetings! RPMN is a really good quality company. Kayla, Becca, Charles and Matt are very professional, helpful, and friendly. I love their quick responses and openness whenever I reach out to them. They really rolled out the red carpet for me and my family during our move-in and I am happy that I can contribute to their business. RPMN ROCKS!!!

Owning rental property can be stressful, but Real Property Management NorthStar makes it easy. Leadership sets the tone here—hardworking, caring, and professional. I worked with Becca and Matt, and they had my property rented in just 8 days! The whole process was handled with clear communication and genuine care. Their online portal is clean, transparent, and makes tracking costs and payouts simple. What really stands out is consistency—many companies treat you well at the start, then fade. Not NorthStar. They care just as much now as they did before I became a client. Great people!!! I’ll use them for all future properties and highly recommend them.
