I've had the pleasure of working with Theresa and her team to manage my rental home. As an out-of-state owner it's important to me that I can fully trust my property manager to be my eyes and ears locally, which I hands down do. They are proactive and give me practical advice to make the best, informed decisions when something arises that needs to be addressed. They did an outstanding job in finding a great tenant and the entire experience has been seamless. I highly recommend them!

We have been using Austin Elite Property Management's services for more than 2 years and we are very happy with them. We used to manage our own property and it was very stressful and time-consuming, since we started using Austin Elite Property Management we don't have to worry about our property anymore. They take care of any maintenance needed, help us find great tenants and visit the property every few months to make sure everything looks fine. I also like that they promptly reply to our emails and always answer our questions. I highly recommend their services!
