Apparently even when your lease is over if you don't submit the paperwork that they send you the exact SAME day it's due they tell you your pro rated and locked in for more payments this should be illegal. Was told I'd be prorated for feb 1st through the 14th since we were late on the vacat notice they sent me last min. But my bill reflects the whole next month got screen shots of me trying to reach out since Sunday night with no response!

I used to live in a Dynamic Properties apartment complex called Native Lands. Unfortunately, that location doesn’t have a dedicated page for reviews—which, after speaking with other residents, is likely intentional. It seems Dynamic Properties doesn’t want feedback on that property made public.
Native Lands, managed by Dynamic Properties, was one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. My apartment wasn’t move-in ready: it hadn’t been cleaned, the washer and dryer weren’t hooked up, the coaxial cable was oddly patched over, and most concerning of all, the windows had been painted shut—an illegal move by the landlord to prevent them from being opened.
Here are just a few examples of what went wrong and how management handled the situations:
Ceiling Collapse: One weekend, a leak developed in my ceiling and eventually caused it to collapse. Management didn’t respond or begin repairs for several days. The cause? The upstairs tenant had submitted a service request about a leaking sink or washer two weeks earlier. Since no one addressed it, the issue escalated into a full-blown leak into my apartment.
Ignored Tenant Requests: That same upstairs tenant had other unresolved maintenance issues. She eventually tried to terminate her lease due to the poor management, but no one from the office ever followed up—so she left on her own.
Storm Damage Left Untreated: A lightning strike hit a tree in front of the building, shattering my neighbor’s windows during two rainy weeks in Oklahoma City. Management didn’t send anyone to repair the damage for over a week. She had to board up her own windows in the meantime.
Mold Cover-Up: There was mold growing under my sink due to improperly installed piping. Instead of fixing the underlying issue, management simply painted over the mold.
I had about 55 work orders with this company.
The neglect, poor communication, and lack of regard for tenant safety were unacceptable.
I strongly advise against renting from Dynamic Properties.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Natalie and Jose during a property viewing, and I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and expertise.
Natalie, the property manager, was incredibly knowledgeable about the property and the surrounding area. She answered all of my questions clearly and concisely, and she was very patient with me as I took my time to look around.
Jose, the project manager, provided valuable insights into the property's condition and potential maintenance needs. His expertise was invaluable in helping me understand the long-term implications of my investment.
Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Natalie and Jose. Their professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire process a breeze. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a property manager or project manager.

The location is perfect for a walk, anytime of day! Local eateries and downtown is a 5 minute stroll.
But management! My landlord is THE reason I love my home! She is communicative, helpful, and very understanding! I can go to her for any small conflict, and she will get it resolved. Great place to live!

Was hire by a project manager name Jose, Aug. 1st 2024 and it was poor communication but he finally got back after few months to approve an ESTIMATE to ad 17 large downspouts ON SECOND STORY, finish 2 others and add 24 bottom elbows for right function, we meet there couple of times but the last one was to confirm the APPROVAL & SCOPE OF WORK, last but not least he SIGNED OF ON AN AGREEMENT to complete and pay when COMPLETED, the job has been completed for over 2 weeks and was told I would get paid by Aug. 23rd 2024 and NOTHING YET…!
He has been ignoring my text and calls like front desk when I called on that day to try and get the matter resolved..I had to try it again 4 days AFTER because nobody has YET REACHED OUT TO ME TO GET ME PAID.!
We did not ever agreed on MAILING ANY PAYMENT OR DELAYING THIS MANY DAYS AFTER COMPLETION.!

Robin is great. Very helpful and sweet. If the rating was just based off of her i’d give it 5 stars. Yet, the actual building and the maintenance team is not deserving of 5 stars. I’m sure they try their best, but they are not communicative at all even with the efficient system they have. I’ve waited weeks for something to be fixed. Most of the time they don’t answer the phone. It’s almost like they don’t exist

Very quick at responding and helped answer all our questions. Application process was super easy and you’re able to pay all deposits, renters insurance, & rent online.
On move in day we were greeted by the leasing agent with a move in gift which was a nice touch for our new place.
During our first week we had a few things not operating correctly that we didn’t notice on our walk through and maintenance was able to get them fixed quickly.
Overall one of the best move in experiences I have had as a renter.
