Everyone I’ve interacted with throughout the process of setting up my investment account has been fantastic. They took the time to walk me through each step, ensuring I understood everything clearly. Even after the setup, they made sure I had all the proper documentation in place to move forward with my investments. The entire experience was timely, seamless and very well-handled."

Im new to uDirect but so far am happy. I was able to set up an account, receive funds into that account, and then wire those funds into a new fund in a few weeks, much faster than I had hears it could be done at other similar institutions. The fees were lower than the alternatives as well. I interacted with a number of team members, all of who were polite and helpful. Im quite happy with the decision so far.

I opened an uDirect account and made my 1st Real estate investment from the account. The uDirect team is super helpful and made the process super-smooth and prompt, though quite a few steps. Did not see it from other companies.
Big kudos to Khang Nguyen, the Transaction Coordinator. Best helper in my experience for the past a few years. :)

UDirect was very easy to work with and made the whole process quick and easy. The paperwork for such self directed investments can seem daunting; they took care of most it and delivered funds with plenty of time. I'm happy to be working with them!

They are a great team. The customer service for the account set up and for my first funding out of my IRA was impeccable. Even though I was late a couple of times for relevant documentation, the team expedited work and pretty much made up for any lost time to meet deadlines. Hoping fpr continuation of the same level of service going forward as well. Thanks.

We had found a piece of property we wanted to purchase and were trying to figure out how to fund the purchase. I knew of Self Directed IRA's and was aware they were a means to diversify retirement investments. A quick Google search told me how to do it and provided several firms that could assist us. After interviewing a number of firms, we settled on U-Direct. From the very beginning the staff was professional, courteous and most of all helpful. Our primary point of contact was Mr. Nguyen. He answered our emails very quickly and was available for phone consultations when needed. The folks at U-Direct worked closely with our settlement firm to ensure the process occurred seamlessly. Their fees are very reasonable. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for assistance in setting up alternative investments for your retirement.

I was unsure of the whole self-directed ira situation. I thought about doing it myself but quickly realized I would have been way in over my head. Mark and Jon were very helpful the whole process. From start to finish, everyone at uDirect was helpful, professional and patient with me. I was a complete newbie at this whole situation and the staff there did a great job at walking me through the process and answering any questions I had. I will definitely be recommending them to my family and friends who are thinking about doing a self-directed IRA. 10 out of 10 service!
