Honestly, the fee was a secondary consideration - I'd rather deal with people who are experts since I'm a beginner - but the low setup and annual fees are definitely a bonus. I've been most impressed by the human contact: a.human answers the phone every time. After my account was opened, I was assigned to a Transaction Coordinator for my transactions, and I do occasionally get his voicemail, but Khang is great: he always gets back to me right away whether I reach out via phone or email. I'm also impressed with how smoothly and quickly the setup and transactions have been: it seems like they give you the worst case time estimate: everything happened quicker than they estimated, including their internal compliance review before transferring $ to my Checkbook LLC. I'd highly recommend UDirect.

I have been loaning out Roth IRA funds through promissory notes secured by real estate for almost a decade. In that time, I've gone through 4 custodial trust companies. So I can say with some authority that no one beats uDirect IRA Services when it comes to customer service. They were incredibly responsive, providing quick and comprehensive answers when I was getting to know their system. I appreciate that I can always get a human being on the phone and my emails are answered within hours, not days. All of this is such a welcome contrast to my last custodian who wanted a $200 expedite fee for any request if you expected an answer in less than a week. They hid their phone number and almost never answered either phone messages or emails without a delay of up to a week. Once it took me three weeks to get them to move money out of my account with them. uDirect IRA Services could not be more different! The most recent example of great service by uDirect IRA Services was that a title company let me know on a Tuesday evening that it would be great if my funds were wired so they could close escrow by Friday. I immediately let David, my contact at uDirect IRA, know that I understood he was unlikely to be able to get compliance clearance that quickly but that I would appreciate anything he could do. Well, he must have pulled a lot of strings because the money was wired to the title company Thursday, just about 24 hours after David first became aware of the request. And all of this really great service comes with an uncomplicated, very reasonable pricing structure. I am delighted to give uDirect IRA Services a 5-star recommendation!

I was recently introduced to udirect when I was looking into an investment outside the typical ETF options provided by brokerage Firm fidelity. Udirect did a phenomenal job with communication, did a phenomenal job with getting all the paperwork taken care of to roll over one of the tax deffered accounts to their brokerage. Their fees was very reasonable. Before making this investment I had also made some inquiries about opening an LLC owned by roth etc. This is not something I opted for but they provide these services and did an excellent job walking me through the process and options. Would highly recommend
