About us
Centurion Real Estate Management, LLC is a full-service property management company. We have years of experience in the business and are rapidly growing throughout the Mid-Willamette Valley. We manage everything from residential houses, small-plexes, condos, multifamily apartment complexes and large multifamily apartment communities as well as large commercial buildings. Centurion specializes in customer service. We believe that personal and personable interaction with tenants helps to ensure a happy tenancy and fewer vacancies. Our highly trained team of uniformed maintenance technicians are capable of handling all general maintenance work orders, along with a great network of outside vendors. We are available 24/7 to handle any “emergency”, however, we work hard at preventative maintenance and regular thorough on-site inspections to help eliminate problematic situations.

Jade Jakosalem was extremely helpful when I asked to view a property listed on Centurions website, last minute. I was able to view it within the hour and had a pleasant time doing so. Jade even offered to let me view a second unit at the same property, following my initial viewing, which I did end up doing, and it too was a pleasant experience. I appreciate the service I have received so far, thank you!

Chris H. Is great! He is Very quick and very informative! He is professional and personable. Absolutely the quickest maintenance request completion! Hot water heater went out this morning and they had someone at my house and fixing it within 6 hours, on a weekend no less! Thank you!

I have nothing but great things to say about Centurion’s work, and their personnel. I worked closely with the team who oversees turnovers/maintenance issues and I am impressed with their attention to detail and their care for their tenants/clients. Chris, Marcus, Travis and all the guys who supervise the crews are great leaders, and you can just tell how much the employees enjoy working for them. And to the team who handles management and all else that makes centurion great, they are awesome as well. I recommend speaking with Daniela if you have any questions.
