I've known Scott of Real Property Management Reliant for several years. He understands the rental industry backwards and forwards, I wouldn't hesitate to entrust him with the management responsibilities for a rental property. He removes the headaches we all associate with managing a rental property. He also screens his tenants very well.

I recommend Scott Butler of Real Property Management Reliant. I own a property in Missouri but live out of state and Scott has been great at keeping me informed and getting my property rented out to qualified tenants. I have complete trust that my rental property is in good hands with Scott.
