I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the property management team for making my transition smooth and stress-free. Although the house had a few issues, they were patient, understanding, and willing to work with me throughout the process. They handled every concern professionally and never complicated things for me, which I truly appreciated during a challenging time.
Their support, communication, and willingness to help made a significant difference, and I am grateful for the positive experience. I would not hesitate to work with them again in the future and would gladly recommend them to others looking for a reliable and understanding property management company.

As a current tenant I would like to address that the property management service provided could be better. I live in the Jefferson City area, and never have I met the property management agent. Maintenance does not respond to matters efficiently. When things have been addressed it's either left incomplete or mentioned it would be fixed. The lease is structured to deligate the landlord to escape any fault, or wrong doing and holds the tenant in a unfair grip. There is also a $50 fee associated with lease renewal. All I've received is excuse after the other. The kid that answers the phone is fairly new, but has very little knowledge of property management and no professional phone etiquette. This property management agent took over in January 2026 after the last agent removed herself. So I've been very patient with the current/past maintenance issues.

I've known Scott of Real Property Management Reliant for several years. He understands the rental industry backwards and forwards, I wouldn't hesitate to entrust him with the management responsibilities for a rental property. He removes the headaches we all associate with managing a rental property. He also screens his tenants very well.
