We, initially, had some complications and confusion about leaving our lease early due to military orders, however, Carmen spoke with us and straightened everything out and is following up with these issues. She was calm and very polite with me which I really appreciate.

Taylor was awesome very helpful and accommodating. With people like her it makes moving and finding a rental home easy. Bella was also very helpful in finalizing everything. The whole group at Homeworx was above and beyond. Such a great experience .

We can’t say enough good things about HomeWorx! If all their agents are as sharp as Taylor Tucker, then renters will have a smooth and seamless rental experience. She’s efficient and on top of every detail - which is indicative of the way she’ll manage anything that could potentially pop up in the future. Bonus: She’s pleasant and fun, even when she’s slammed - you never feel as if you and your rental property are less important than the next place she needs to be. She seems to love her job, which speaks well of HomeWorx as a company. I think for me, the cherry on top was the way she represented the owner of the property. As a couple who has owned a rental property (and could have been looking for a property management company), that speaks well of both Taylor and HomeWorx. We couldn’t be happier!

We are very thankful for Homeworx. They were very attentive and speedy with assisting me and my fiancée in a time of need. We are especially thankful for Sonya and Bella. They were AWESOME. Thank you guys so very much and WE LOVE OUR NEW HOME.

Probably wouldn't work with this company again. The staff is friendly. Our issue was we moved across the country and didn't get a chance to see the property in person before paying deposit, etc. When we took possession of the property the home was filthy and the yard was unkempt. We were told the home would be cleaned again and the yard would be taken care of, but when we arrived with movers a few weeks later, neither thing happened. We ended up having to pay a cleaning company and a landscaper to get the house in order. We asked the property manager about both things and were told that the property owner is cheap and was refusing to do both things. We have multiple rental properties and would never allow a tenant to move in with the home in the shape it is.

They made things extremely easy and hassle-free as a property owner. Amber turned maintenance issues into non-issues! She was extremely quick, efficient, and helpful. I would absolutely use them again.

I requested a call back after being hung up on and never received it. I’m glad they had a chance to respond here on my google review. Would still rate them 0 stars. The most recent issue they mentioned below doesn’t justify the experience they’ve offered from the beginning. To add more clarity, I called a week before move in to ask about the yard and was told by them it was part of the “make ready”. The lady that showed me the home was taking pictures of the yard and sending to maintenance as I arrived on day 1 assuring me it was not to their standards and would be resolved. It was my mistake for accepting the keys. It’s a loophole in their policy and agreement with the owner that justifies it for them…not good enough.
I would give 0 stars if it was an option. I do not recommend leasing from them. Moved into a dirty home with 3ft tall weeds they refused to take care of. it’s been issue after issue. Maintenance is rude. They will forget to tell the techs about scheduled maintenance and do not include all maintenance on the work order. Maintenance team will blame the techs, the owner, and even you but never accept accountability. The maintenance coordinators will ultimately just hang up on you and delay your maintenance requests. Managers don’t call back or assist in resolving issues.

We have had an amazing experience with Homeworx, They have been upfront with every tenant applicant and after the fact with any issues coming up.
They are straight and open to help you if you want to use their own people to fix stuff or you are more than welcome to hire your own people.
This last 4 months unfortunately we had a problem with some water leak thru all the house and we got connected with Terri Solis.
What an amazing person she is and totally a responsible human being. She was on top of everything and was in communication with us about any little update we needed.
She took care of everything for us with the insurance company and able to get a great quote for the repairs and was able to stay in that budget she quote us and did not spent any extra or tried to get any more money from us.
We are super thankful she was the person responsible to help us.
Big thanks to Terri for all her hard work she put up in our behalf.
