We found a property that was up for rent in NE Edmond with Sonya showing us the home. After giving Bella all our information- paystubs, past leasing history, credit check, employment, etc, we were approved. We were excited. Then they sent us the rental contract to sign. The contract is over 20 pages long and filled with this provisions and extra costs that we could not accept. Many, many, costs associated with the rental contract. Don’t try and lease with a pet. Don’t try and have someone stay with you for a short period, don’t ask for more than 1 garage door opener, don’t try to go month to month on your lease after a period of time because cost is extraordinary,don’t ask for paint and drywall touchups prior to moving in, ACH mandatory or an extra $25/month charge, mandatory air filter program, and definitely do not break your lease- it will cost you greatly!
And what’s even worse is Bella tried to help us with these things and the broker will not bend-at all on his decisions! It’s just a big red flag for us. This company feels justified in their position, which is to protect their broker and homeowners. That’s fine with me- I’ll find a better landlord to rent from.
But, thanks Sonya! You did your best to help us! Good luck to you.

This is the best leasing firm and management firm I ever dealt with, granted I have not dealt with very many since I generally own my residence; but due to waiting on interest rates to fall I couldn’t have had a better experience than working with Homeworx. The Young lady that takes care of the maintenance is always on time and always gets it handled. I mean an absolute pleasure to deal with!!!

Liddia went above and beyond when my AC went out. With in 1 hour she had the tech at my house fixing the AC. This was all after 5pm so her willingness to work after hours was a huge blessing. I should have came on here sooner to talk her work ethic up. She was in communication with me the whole time. I can not express the gratitude for her actions. On this day, I was on top of a roof for more then 6 hours and to come home to no AC in June is a terrible experience but Lydia saved the day. Thank you for all your hard work
Homeworx has been one of the best renting experience i have ever had. They are prompt and let me pay my rent ahead when I need to. My work offten times has me out of state for long periods of time so paying ahead help prevent headaches for me. I would recommend this agency to anyone that is looking to rent.
Thank you for being a great company with even greater employees.

The WORK ORDER department is wonderful. Quick to answer my work orders, even on the weekends. Also, I must have the best landlord ever to keep approving my work order request. Thank you so much whomever my landlord is.

As an out-of-state investor, finding a property management company I could truly trust was critical. Homeworx has delivered on that every step of the way. They currently manage several units for me, and over the past several years the communication has been consistent, the properties have been well taken care of, and any issues that come up are handled quickly and without me having to chase anyone down.
The entire team is professional and easy to work with. Investing long distance can be stressful — with Homeworx, it isn't. Highly recommend them to any investor looking for a management company they can actually rely on.

Just wanted to give a kudos to the maintenance staff. Jeff was absolutely amazing! He was so kind and provided excellent service! Good customer service is hard to come by and it was so refreshing having someone who I could tell enjoys his job and making the tenants happy. Mary is also amazing! She’s quick to respond and is always polite. Thank you!

I want to give a shout out to Mary and Jeff in the Maintenance division of Homeworx Edmond. Mary is always on top of my regular Maintenance and any other issues that may arise. Very friendly and warm when communicating. Not only that, she does a fantastic job working with me and my crazy schedule. Jeff, the maintenance technician that performs the majority of the work, is not only an awesome person, but performs quality work, is highly efficient and timely, as well. I highly recommend Homeworx Edmond if you are considering renting a property in the area. You’ll have the pleasure of working with Mary and Jeff! It’s a bonus!

We are vendors for Homeworx and they have been great to work with. Carmen B. who does their financials and billing is professional, kind and helpful. She also is prompt in taking care of invoices. Amber R. is also wonderful on the property management side! She is nice and always answers! True professional staff!
