Lucky Star has been a blessing to me and my family! I’ve had a great experience with them over the past 2 years! They’ve taken care of our place of residence with expertise as well as in a timely manner! I hope to have them as a property manager in the future owning or renting! They are the best!

This rental and management company is the worst company I ever experienced. The company owner is only about the money. Never received my rent on time and always try to make excuses. I really had bad experience and did not have choice but to sell my property. This company managed my property while I was deployed overseas. I did not had choice other than let this company to manage it. This company was saying that tenant didn't pay the rent but the last tenant said that he was paying. I’m not sure what to say it’s better you as owner find out. I had so many things, shelves, electric cord and much more in the garage. The company’s son showed me the list that he kept it for me in some storage, and at the end of my contact when I ask for it, the owner said go and call the police. I REALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MANAGE ANY OR YOUR PROPERTY. I call the person with whom I sign the contact. I try to be nice and convenience the owner to return my goods but he told me to call police. The fact is that the owner of this company maybe is a good person but his son cannot be trusted. SIGN YOUR CONTRACT WITH THE ACTUAL OWNER NOT HIS SON OR THIRD PERSON. I checked their comments it’s really upset them about the facts. YES I CALL THEM TO JUST MAKE THEM HAPPY SO I CAN GET MY OWN GOODS FROM THEM. The actual owner of this company try to prove me wrong. I add pictures for y’all to see what damages the tenant caused to the property. Look at the HVAC ventilation. This is not the right size filter. This company was charging me $10 per month to just replace the filter. I showed him that this is not right size. Brandon refuse to accept. He was arguing with me. I rent some properties of my own when I was in VA. None of my tenants destroyed the property like this one. I will post the actual images of a brand new property when I handed to them. The property Managment actually should care about owners and tenants.

We found this nice home through Lucky Star using Zillow. They have been very good to work with. I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent their home like we did. Give them a try!

Everyone in the office are just amazing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great rental property, with amazing landlords, this is definitely your one stop shop.

I am an out of town property owner and Lucky Star has been exceptional. Brandon and his team are responsive, professional and knowledgeable. After using another management company and not getting the results the property should have, Lucky Star came in and reviewed why the property wasn't being rented, remedied the problem that I was unaware of and achieved the market level rents. I highly recommend Lucky Star's services.

I have been renting from lucky star for 3 years now and let me tell you, they are the BEST company to rent from!! All of them are easy to get along with, they work with you and these people care!!! If anything ever happened, they were very quick to respond. They are easy going and as long as you do your part as a tenant you will have no problem. If I’m ever in the Augusta area again needing to rent I will only come to them!

I really love this company. They are very professional and understanding. I was ill and they were very supportive when I had my surgery. Everybody in this company is awesome. I will never leave Lucky Star because I will not find a better company to rent from. I think this is the best company to rent from. I will referred them to everyone. Check them out.

Updating my post for Lucky Star Properties. I didn’t realize that 3 years had gone by since my last post. It is now 8 years with Lucky Star and I am still very happy with them. As a homeowner and not living in the property we tend to have in our heads that the now rental property is still in the same condition as when we lived there. That is far from the truth. It is amazing how much wear and tear happens just by living in a house, especially with renters. I encourage property owners to listen to their Property Managers along with your own due diligence. I selected this company because their views and professionalism went in hand with my first Property Manager I had for my property in Texas. I had that company for over 20 years and when I sold my house the beginning of 2021, I was very thankful that I listened as the costs to get the house to market were greatly reduced because I maintained and upgraded my property through the years as necessary and recommended. I know it’s hard when you are maintaining at least two houses, but try to save some of the rental income to cover those unexpected repairs and upkeep of the property, it’s cheaper to do when the cost is bearable as it only becomes more costly over time. Previous review: Excellent Care and Service. Been my Property Managers for about 5 years now and we are very pleased. We rarely have any contact with them they keep us up to date, they handle it all even deal with my warranty company for us as needed. Thank you so much!!!!!
